I would give staff in the store in Augusta Maine, five stars. Professional, helpful and very courteous. I am, however, giving a three overall because I would give a -5 if I could for customer service. You call Panama they’re not pleasant, they’re not helpful and they’re rude! Even before you get to them, you have to go through this trivial questions. You have to answer to AI customer service. Just give me a live human being please and one that is there to serve the customers.

I bought this, not knowing it was too small. I'll have to replace it. It is great if you need it for a small apartment, but not good for a normal household.

Very nice small fridge. So far so good. I had another 10.0 cu ft before and it just seemed bigger. But I do like this one.

We purchased this refrigerator for our upstairs kitchenette and have had to return and exchange it twice already because of it not cooling properly. It keeps freezing up and will not cool below 44-48 degrees Fahrenheit. I've tried adjusting the temperature control and made sure to follow all the instructions in the manual for making sure it was installed properly including adequate space for ventilation, proper leveling, and good room climate variables. I even allowed the fridge to sit for 10+ hours after delivery so it would settle and other troubleshooting measures, but with no success. I do not know if this is just a poorly designed appliance, we have just received two duds in a row, or if it is somehow being damaged in delivery. What I do know is that I would caution anyone against choosing this particular refrigerator and brand and maybe spending a little extra on something known to be more reliable.

Great price and great product! We like that you can change the handles to either side of the fridge. Storage space is great. Not too small and not too big or bulky.

Nice fridge for small doorways. Being unable to get a fridge in to an older house that is adequate for two people is hard.

Do not buy! Had this fridge for 1 month, and it does not get very cold. Open it, and the temperature is in the 50s, which makes it unsafe to keep food in. Turned it to the highest setting, and coldest it gets is 46 degrees. Disappointing purchase, these small fridges just don't have enough amps to get them cold enough.

Too small only good for a basement use if you need something for a bar use

The Deliverers were wonderful! I have a dent on the fridge from the packing of the merchandise! I was/am suppose to receive a replacement one! This has not happened yet! There has not been any follow up that was agreed upon when I was connected with a Customer service Representative on the phone! I am Very DISAPPOINTED! Thus is not good appreciation of a loyal customer!
