The functionality of this device is good so far. I am able to use the functions and apps that I need. I am however, disappointed in the craftsmanship. Keyboard seems to come off fairly easy - when you don't want it to; and after only 1 week of use, I noticed my screen was horribly scratched up. Considering I only used it at home & used for maybe an hour a day, I couldn't understand how it could look so USED. I've had my Smart phone for a year & take it everywhere - hardly a scratch, even though it gets bounced around. I took the tablet to Best Buy & they didn't understand either. Said they don't normally see them that scratched up. I asked if they had a screen protector OR cover I could purchase for it before it got worse, but they stated I would need to check to see if Amazon would have something for my specific device.

Bought on Sale (no longer on Sale) Loved it while it worked, Tried to download and APP (YOUTUBE) which it did not have an ICON for and that was the end. Would not turn off. Battery ran dead, plug in and nothing. BestBuy took back and I gambled on an OPEN BOX BUY Insignia Flex. DOA. Re-ordered for next day delivery, NEW Insignia. Just received message not available, but to make it up the overnight freight on 1/25 will be free. Trying to cancel online, not having luck there either.

The previous reviews are helpful. The biggest thing I needed for was basic wifi, recording or letters, note taking/ storage. I does the job. The only critical concern would be battery life not bad just one to be aware of Overall Best Buy

It does everything I need it to do. Dual Camera and video recording

I bought 3 for a project. The first one locked up and would not power on. The second was dropped on a carpeted surface and the case popped open causing the power switch to jam so the device could not be powered on. I did not bother with the third, I am thankful Best Buy was gracious in giving me a refund.

Great tablet for a great price! 10" great for playing games and watching shows. Fast operating system with plenty of memory. Keyboard is a wonderful attachment that can also be removed. Well worth sale price $79!

gave this to 90 yr old mother-in-law so she could get on FaceBook to see great grand kids. While not without some problems (mostly user caused), the tablet does what was expected of it. She is able to get on and post messages with it. That is what it was purchased to do.

Kids bought these for Christmas. Works for everything they do and takes the abuse they dish out.

I bought this tablet during a flash sale, without reading the reviews. I told my son about my purchase being that I was just excited about a good deal. He quickly informed me that the same tablet he purchased for my granddaughter died within a few weeks. I decided to return this one without giving it a try. It was a great deal at the time but brand rep means a lot and this one lost me rather quickly. I need something that will work for a 5yr old as well as myself and something that will last longer than a few weeks.

This is my first tablet. I like it. It hasn't been too hard to figure out most things. I haven't had any problems with it, and it does what I wanted it to do. I bought it on sale and for the price, size, and features it was a GREAT buy! 32 gb, external sd, and a keyboard! It was such a good deal on sale that I bought one for my mom too. The only bad thing is I have had trouble finding an affordable folio that fits it right. Otherwise, very happy.

This tablet overall is a good quality. My only complaint is that it was advertised with having an HDMI port to plug in to a tv/projector. I need that for my work, therefore I was very disappointed.

Order arrived within stated time frame. As far as the actual product, so far so good. No problems that I'm aware of. Works well for kids' basic use.
