Love this fridge no more bending down for Dailey needs

I've had two of these refrigerators in 8 months and both have failed. A gradual failure of the temperature regulating mechanism and then terrible noises like a helicopter landing in the kitchen. Have lost freezer fulls of meat and all cold foods in the process. What a nightmare.

We bought this as an extra fridge/freezer. We have only had it 6 months and the freezer is not working... not too impressed

Works as expected. We were very happy to find out the doors could be reversed. It needs to be very level or the compressor makes quite a bit of noise.

Ordered online. Nice for small space or dorm or garage fridge. Very small, can't fit a gallon of milk in it.

Freezer works find ,but fridge section was not cooling thing as fast as it should

Best buy was no help, insignia was no help. The worse support and cheap fridge. we tried to take the panel off to see if we could remove the fan and replace the part by removing a screw but the panel seemed to be sealed. It starts to freeze around inside where the fan is and then the fan hits the ice and makes a loud noise keeping us awake at night. What a waste of money! Even Sears parts couldn't even help as they don't even carry this brand to be able to suggest what part it needed! Don't waste your money. I am going to buy my next fridge from Costco, the customer service and return policy is 100 times better than BEST BUY!!

Worked great for a year then just stopped working ! Not worth to fix it ! Bye bye junk . Won’t be buying again

I only had it for one year and it started to mess up I had so much food go bad because of it. Don't buy!!!

What a waste of money. Lasted 2 years and 13 days. Quit running today, so I spent the entire day trying to find space in our other fridge. When it WAS running, often it would make a horrendous loud noise (compressor?), so I'd unplug it for 30 minutes and that did seem to help. If there are coils to vacuum, they're well hidden. I sincerely regret buying this, and will never buy another Insignia product again.

This has not cooled things from the very beginning. Had it less than a year and it already needs a service call. Very disappointed.

We bought this small refer because there are just two of us and we wanted to save energy. Once the weather got hot, the refrigerator quick working right, and was unable to stay cold inside. We exchanged it for another one and the same thing happened, spoiling all of our food. Do not buy this product!

The refrigerator stopped cooling within 45 days of purchase so Bestbuy sent me a replacement refrigerator. Unluckily the replacement refrigerator did the same and its not cooling anymore after couple of months of use.
