This was used to replace a broken standing fridge abd a smaller freezer. It looks good on the space holding more tban the previous two before and takes up less space. I highly recommend.

Ligh, cold and reasonably priced

Simple to use, cold as you like and the basket that was invluded helps to maximize the space. My only complaint is that the only way to defrost the freezer is to turn it off and pull a plug in the bottom.

Great medium size freezer

The one thing that i wish it had but obviouslyndoesnt in this price point, is an auto defrost cycle. Thanks to a misaligned lid it didnt seal properly for the first week and had ice buildup around the lip. Other then that its been holding temp like a champ even in my hot Florida garage, and its not garage rated either. If i were to do anything different i would have gotten the next size bigger simply because, as i found out later, that one has an auto defrost but I'll use this one till it dies.

When our old one died, we needed a new one that was slightly smaller, but not too small. This one is in the Goldilocks zone for us. The onlyu thing it lacks that the old one had is a light. I wish it had a light. Other than that it's a perfectly serviceable freezer.

Pick up was easy and it only took about 15 minutes. It has a wash-out plug for cleaning. Keeping the thermostat dial at the 6 o'clock position (half way) is about -7 degrees F. I've only had it for 3 weeks, but so far so good. The "so far" part is the reason for two 4 star ratings on the value and quality. If it lasts, they are 5 star.

The positive reviews convinced me, and I'm thankful we purchased this freezer. For its particular features and size, it's a great value. It holds a very consistent temperature, which it to me the most important factor. The interior configuration works well for us. I don't miss the extra baskets like some reviewers, and while I sometimes wish for a light, it's not really necessary, even with my fading older-lady eyesight--- but our freezer is in an area with good lighting so that definitely influences my experience.

We decided on this one for the size, the price, and that it was in stock. It is meeting our needs. Only drawback is there is no light. No big deal. Certainly a good value.

We purchased totes with handles that fit in the freezer stacked double. The totes make it easy to get to the food anywhere in the freezer. Great freezer.
