We only had it for almost a month the freezer is big and cool really fast only complaint I have is ice is forming on the inside by the hinges I believe it doesn’t seal properly because it should not have ice forming in that particular area I Haver contacted bestbuy for repair due to COVID-19 but so far is providing the space to freeze extra food

Does exactly what I need it to do. There is a ton of room inside for everything we need to stock up on. We are a family of 4 and still haven't filled it all the way. I looked for a while in terms of most cubic feet per dollar, and this was by far the best deal. Much cheaper than other department stores. Quiet operation as well.

This freezer is the perfect size and works great! It has plenty of room for an array of products.

So far so good, does the job keeping everything frozen. Won't know how well built this appliance is until long term use. I'm hoping it's good.

Bought the 3.5 CU months ago and has worked like a charm. We were lucky to find the larger in stock at Best Buy and immediately bought one. It is every bit as quiet as the smaller one and also works just as well. Honestly couldn’t be happier especially for the price.

We replaced our old freezer (made in 1952) with this new one. This freezer is one of our best purchases. The freezer is very quiet, just the right size for a family of 4. So happy we went with this one.

Just the size we wanted; and that size is hard to find. Inexpensive. Things are not as solidly frozen as our previous freezer. There must be some leaks in the door seal because frost quickly accumulates there. But for the money and size pretty good.

Very nice size freezer. Purchased to hold 501 lbs of beef. Just the right size with room to spare. We put it in our garage as this particular model says it garage ready.

It's a bargain and exactly what I needed in our garage. Simple, clean, easy and efficient. Note, I bought a cheap freezer thermometer to make sure we're staying at 0 degrees F. It works great so far! Wish it had a light and wish it had a thermometer.

I love my new freezer! It arrived garage ready and on time. I love that it has a light in front so I can check to make sure it is getting power. Best of all is it has plenty of space to keep my frozen foods safe.

Looked everywhere for a freezer around my home town. None available so I googled and found one in Greenville S.C. I am very happy with the freezer. It’s roomy and quiet , I like the outside light to show the power is on. Great product! Service was excellent at Best Buy and they had it loaded in less than 10 mins.

We needed a freezer to augment the one we already have because we bought a side of beef. After months of searching, we found this one. Cheaply made in China. Light enough for two old people to get it in the basement. (96 pounds net) It works so far. Holds a side of beef (250 lbs) with room to spare. Keeps met at -2 Degrees with no problems. I don't expect it to last more than a couple of years.

Got on sale after Thanksgiving. Works great, good size, holds 2 elk, quiet.

I just recently purchased a home so I needed a new deep freezer to store food. Due to a shortage I had to have the freezer shipped to the store making me wait a little over a week. I got the freezer home and it was damaged. I called the store and they said there’s nothing they can do but I can return it and wait even longer for a new one. So I kept it. It works fine. Would give it 5 stars but it was damaged and too much of an issue to get a new one.

It works very well, quiet and cool fast. The space is large.

This is a great freezer, performs well and is a great price. It’s very roomy, and holds a lot of our meets. It cools down very fast and from what I can tell so far after a month of usage it is very energy efficient. I have it in my garage and have no problems so far, but we will see how it performs when winter temps hit.

We’ve had the freezer about a month and so far so good. Plenty of room and seals good. Just wish it had 2 baskets instead of 1… Definitely worth the money tho!

Perfect size and price for a family for storing large number of items to be frozen.

My wife and I wanted to start food prepping and figured we were gonna need a good freezer. We took a chance because this one was on sale and we don't regret our decision at all. Plenty of room and gets extremely cold! Other people have complained about wanting another basket for this, but it seems as though that would just be too much. If you are on the fence about getting this....go for it!
