Great Deep freezer

This unit was pretty cheap compared to some major appliance brand's deep freezers. Plus you can't find one anywhere. I happened to look at my local BestBuy and they could get me one so I was in. Its a nice looking unit and works very well for storing my freezer pops, pizzas, eggos, ground beef and steaks. Keeps everything frozen solid and doesn't make a whole lot of noise. One other reviewer suggested getting some baskets from HomeDepot and they worked out great! try to find that review because he gives you the exact model number that fits perfectly in this freezer. We love it!

The freezer in my kitchen was just too small to hold all the meats we buy in bulk, all the jars of sofrito we make, and all the quick meals for my teenage kids. This freezer fits perfectly in my garage and carries a lot of food!

Glad I bought it. Perfect size. Hasn’t iced over yet. Has a drain port on the bottom when you defrost making it easy.

Our old one has been out of commission for quite some time so we figured it was time to get one. And this freezer has been AMAZING! It is powerful, quiet and it has enabled us to actually stock up on frozen goods without any worry! If you're looking for a good freezer, but don't wanna spend over $1000, grab this one!

Great Product for downsizing

They used to have a huge garden, and daddy used to hunt. I am 50, they are both close to 80. The Kenmore was working fine, but the seal was not, it was letting too much air out and in, causing a ton of ice, but they no longer are able to have a huge garden and freeze veggies nor can daddy hunt any longer, so it was time to downsize and get a smaller chest deep freeze. I was reluctant to not go with another Kenmore, but the cost was ridiculous. This has been an excellent product. Just the right amount of room, and set on the low end of maximum is perfect. This is a great product (not just for the price), but quality is excellent!

It holds a lot, the basket is great. There is a little bit of frost build up that has to be cleaned off from time to time where the basket sits but its minimal and only appears there, we have it set to the middle cool "recommended" setting. Perfect garage freezer for a family!

The external light and temperature setting are nice to tell it's on and at the right temp at a glance. My one wish would be that it had more than one basket for organization, but overall very happy with the purchase.
