It holds so much more than I anticipated so I have a hard time filling it, but it is a nice looking unit which we decided to put inside the house instead of the garage. You should not put things on top of it though because it will dent easily (see pics).

The freezer is located in a conditioned space, 3/4 full, opened very infrequently. Using a monitor placed inside the freezer recording the temperature over time has shown that it cycles more than I would have anticipated (~0F-->5F) I suspect this is the freezer allowing the temperature to rise over time and then initiates freezing - thus the cycle. I would expect that most HVAC/Refrigerators work this way. I did not expect it to get up to 5F and sometimes, somewhat more (8F-9F) Secondly, would have preferred additional one or two additional internal shelves.

I definitely recommend picking it up from the store as I read many bad reviews about damage during delivery and I have had no issues after picking up from store.

Only complaint as other have stated after getting it home, down to the basement and opening it. It had a big dent on the front of it at the control ( temperature ) control panel. Unit works, but shouldn’t be dented up. Either occurred during shipping to the store or at the store. Didn’t take it back due to the “ hassle” of getting it back up the steps and back to the store.

No excuse that they can't be more available. Do a search on Amazon for: Orgneas 20.5 Inch Freezer Organizer Bins for Chest Freezer (first result) 20.5"(L) x 7.2"(W) x 6.5"(H), excluding handles length 18.5"

There’s no separation inside no drawers inside nothing to like keep the food separate so you have to like keep digging through the freezer to find stuff organizing is a little difficult a lot of Tetris lol but overall it freezes the food It did raise my light bill up about $20 but that also could’ve just been because the initial freezing process. Overall, it’s a solid product, but I had to spend more money to make it more functional to myself and that could’ve just been poor research on my end which is why I’m leaving my comment so that in the future, no one else has the same issue of just in case it’s something they don’t want.
