Works great, is very quiet, perfect size as well. I would recommend.

Before purchasing this Insignia freezer, we were using a slightly smaller chest freeze that we bought used from a friend. It worked fine, then eventually gave out. But it gave us a baseline against which we could compare the new Insignia. The new freezer has been showing us how a fine working freezer is supposed to be. We're enjoying the extra space and the excellent, even freezing. We're very happy with the purchase.

we purchased this freezer to replace an older one we had, this is such a large capacity for our home, we love the capacity. We love the price and we love the quality. This brand is very dependable and very good quality. I would highly recommend this, if you were looking for something new or to replace something old.

Great chest freezer at an outstanding price. I picked one up for cheap around black Friday. They did not have the 10.2 cu in stock but gave me the discount price and had one shipped to the store within 3 days and even offered to ship to my door for free. Perfect size if you freeze a lot of foods or hunt and need to freeze a couple deer or other game. Freezer came well packaged and was light enough where I could move it alone but certainly not cheap feeling. Freezer Runs quiet and has plenty of adjustment. Highly recommended!

first chest freezer I have owned. we had a massive on one the farm I grew up on. the perfect size for my space and people situation. small home used for 2 people. very quite and and good value for the price

Had a smaller chest freezer that seemed to last for years, but when the freeze happened last year it took it out. Best Buy had this in stock and could not be happier. It runs really quiet and has ample space for my Deer meat and extra frozen goods the wife buys. its been running for over a year now and has shown no issues. maintains temperature and doesnt get excessive frost build up. Overall i am very pleased.

This was not my first choice for a freezer, I have a Kenmore that has served me well for a decade but as there are none available I had settle. I have had reliable service out of other Insignia products before and, so far, this freezer has lived up to that reputation. It's stays cold and is very quiet when running. I am seeing a little frost develop in the back right corner of the lid, which tells me it's not sealing 100% when it's closed. And it would be so much better if there were dividers inside to help organize the contents. The aluminum material on the inside surface is extremely thin and dents easily, so don't drop anything on the bottom.

This is a great chest freezer and I totally see why it's so highly rataed on Consumer Reports. Light weight, cools quickly, very quiet, sips power, cean, looks fine, unobtrusive. Tried another... was loud and lousy at cooling, switched to this. Would absolutely buy it again.

Fantastic amount of storage space. very quiet and keeps things very cold. power went out for approx... 12 hours and everything was still very frozen. Its insulated great.

I am very happpy with the size and how it has given no trouble yet. It is nice and cold. No problems. If you do not want your kids to play with the box forever, best to get rid of that before they see it. The kids just won't let me throw the box out as they want to use it. Other than that I have no problems at all with this. It is very quiet and has given no problems yet. I have had this almost a month so far.

Good size freezes well. Holds a lot products. However needs an inside light.
