Purchased after doing research on different freezers. Ended up picking this one and have no regrets. Perfect size for us, quiet, and insulation maintains temp even when power is out.

We received this gem which sits in a space that appears designed for it. It is noiseless, & spacious. Only wish it had a 2nd basket. The dial at the lower front allow you to set your desired temperature, we chose to use the recommended setting and it's the perfect setting. The price was right!

4 stars since the 10.2 doesn't have an interior light like the 7.0 and lacks a lock like the 14.0. If you can get your hands on one that hasn't been damaged in shipping then it is a good value. The LED status light is nice. The back is sheetmetal unlike some brands that are not finished on the wall side. This will be our 6th Insignia chest ( 3-7.0's & 3-10.2's). Of the 5 we have purchased so far 3 have had major damage; crossing our fingers on the 6th. Two of them we kept although with disappointment, 1 had to be exchanged as the damage was too severe to accept requiring a trip back to the store and more waiting. I will open this one before it gets loaded. Order online for curbside or wait painfully at the store with Best Buy's dumbfounding time consuming in-store customer service model. They seem to be a good value and are on "sale" often.

This deep freezer works great! We got in on sale and think that is was an excellent value for the money. The freezer has plenty of space and a handy basket to keep frequently used items within easy reach. We are a family of six and needed additional freezer space as our freezer on the fridge was not large enough. Now we can go grocery shopping without worrying if there is enough room for the frozen items to fit. Excellent quality, silent operation, and a minimal footprint.

Good quality at a great price! The freezer is extremely cold and runs quietly! The size is nice allowing for good storage but not too big where frozen items get lost. I’m happy with my purchase!

Good freezer especially for the price I paid for it. It runs much quieter than some other brands which is a plus. I use it to freeze buckets of ice and it does take longer to freeze than in my other freezers but for someone who is just looking to use it as a normal freezer to maintain a cold temp it would be perfect.

I received the chest freezer in good condition, it's been a great help to have it since my refrigerator is small. It's very quiet, a lot of space. It's bigger than I imagined, but does the job well. Just wish it had more baskets than just one, considering the size of the freezer. So far so y, I would recommend it. Delivery staff were courteous.

I honestly don't know what is not to like. It is a chesr freezer that is quiet and works. It doesn't have anything fancy including an interior light but it has good capacity and keeps everything frozen.

Works very well. It is a good size. I have stored a lot of food in it with room to spare. It’s worth purchasing. Will probably purchase another one in the near future.

This has been a great addition for our frozen foods. It has worked great. Size didn't take up as much room. We had an upright and had issues with the door seal as well as compressors. Was only 5 years old and spent so much on repairs. This has been a inexpensive option. We are happy with it so far.

This freezer can hold over 40 bags of frozen vegetables that are 60oz each. It dropped to minus 10°F overnight when I first plugged it in. It can go even colder. It keeps meat frozen solid. When it's empty, two adults can easily pick it up and carry it. It has two adjustable feet on the right side of the freezer for leveling. The freezer does not have a light under the lid, but that has not been an inconvenience so far. It's extreme easy to use and operate. I highly recommend it; espesially for the price!

Set up was easy. Fit perfectly in my garage. It stays cool and has plenty of room. I did add some baskets and a thermometer and it stays between 0 and -1.

It freezes well, plenty of space and quiet. It only has leveling feet on one side. I picked it up at the store and the shipping box Showed no damage. After unpacking it I noticed It had been dropped on one corner damaging the base making it unstable (rocks). The process to get it replaced would be more work then it’s worth to me; just look yours over well.

I bought this to make into a keezer for serving homebrews. It has just enough height for 6 ball lock kegs. It would probably fit pin locks too as there is plenty of wiggle room around them. Runs quietly on an inkebird itc 1000.

Works well. Just the size for 2 people in the house. Quiet. Easy to open. Good appliance.

This is a grate small freezer works very well and is very quiet. It will even hard freeze ice creme bars in the basket.

A very good freezer. It's quiet, the lid seals well, the temperature seems to stay constant at the set level. People seem to complain about dents. I picked mine up, no dents on the box, no dents on the freezer when unboxed. A really good freezer all around.

Great Product. Large storage and very cold. No noise like other freezers.
