When we run the air conditioner, it is very hard to hear that TV, even when you turn the volume up to a much higher level. I bought this cord because I can re-route the audio from the TV into a bluetooth speaker that has the port on it as well to allow the wire to run from TV to speak. What a difference this has made for us. If I had to buy this cord over again, I would do it in a heart beat!

Good use for my case where I have a splitter running from my usb dongle thing on my computer. I use it with a coupler when I'm standing away from my desk and still want to use my wired headphones. No noticeable issues with sound quality and the build quality looks like it can take getting plugged and unplugged plenty.
