Order was pulled in advance then loaded onto the truck in a very timely manner by Best Buy employees in less than ten minutes. Way to go, much quicker than actually finding someone in the store and then having to wait for them to pull and check out. in less than ten minutes.

Not to mention the 6/12 months same as cash for a last-minute purchase.

I was given a 4 hour window for delivery, but no one arrived. I called customer service 3 times and the first 2 told me that it was still going to be delivered that day and to just wait. I called a 3rd time and was transferred to someone who actually looked into the issue. She said that they never had a driver for the delivery so there was never a way that it was going to arrive that day. We then had to schedule a second deliver and take additional time off to be home. I had been told to call back when it was delivered to be compensated for the inconvenience, but the person I spoke to said they could not do anything because it did end up being delivered.

We would recommend this product to anyone. We have only had this freezer for a short time but very happy with it!
