In operation for nine months, and I am happy every time I use it. Freezer is faultless, larger than expected. Insignia products are "best buys" for the price and performance. I will buy Insignia next time. Delivery quick, no fuss.

Cosmetic dent and too lazy to take it back. Works just fine. Keeps frozen stuff frozen and the fridge is very spacious. Using as second fridge to store more milk, eggs, and other stuff for a family of 5 and a mother in law saying cuz of covid-19. I would recommend. The price is very good.

Who wants to skip occasionally cheap otems because one has no room in just one refrigerator/freezer. The Best Buy one is terrific. We were able to set it up and utilize it pronto. Thank you!

My $3000 LG refrigerator broke for the second time in 4 years. It needed a condenser and an evaporator and heat element. It took almost 3 1/2 weeks to get the parts. Extremely grateful to have purchased an extended warranty. This frig will serve as an overflow just in case.

Really impressed with it. No bells and whistles but it is perfect for what it is. Use it as a secondary place to store drinks and some food bought in bulk. Freezer has a lot of space for the size of this unit. Overall a solid purchase at a good price.

It’s how it came out of the box. Called Best Buy and they scheduled an exchange that worked with my schedule. The second delivery came on time and not damaged. It was great service and a great purchase for the price. It’s exactly what I needed and wanted for my apartment.

No water drippage either like some refrigerator/ freezers I have had and not from defrostage or leaving the door open for a long extendage period of time. Also, the door stays closed, easy to open, but stays shut when closed.

We had to order a part, we were told it would take a month to receive it. We decided to purchase a small fridge for the garage so we had a spare. It was delivered 2 days later and we really like it. It was a great purchase.
