Customer service was amazing and extremely helpful, also very courteous and polite. The delivery guys we're great also, they we're extremely fast and absolutely no damage. The guys took all of 10 minutes to do. I would highly recommend Best Buy for any delivery or services. I would like to give my thanks to everyone.

This is in my garage and I love the convenience of keeping drinks for me and carrots and apples for my horse handy. I am disappointed in the freezer. It just doesn’t be as cold as I want.

It keeps at the required food safety setting of 0° for the freezer, and 40° for the refrigerator, but only if it’s set at the coldest setting. It’s noisy. I noticed the other day it looked like it was leaning back from the top towards the wall and assumed it was the floor. Got down and took a look - The delivery guys set it up (put it in the location and plugged it in) WITHOUT BACK FEET. The refrigerator has front feet and no back feet!!! How dumb is that?

This unit has two feet at the front bottom and has two wheels at the back bottom. The two feet is for customer adjust level and the two wheel is for customer moving easily. you need to put this unit on hard surface not carpet.

It’s for them backyard parties, when I am out of room in the house. So far so good .. cost me $400 . I always get insurance on everything I purchase.

It would have been too difficult to return after putting everything back, plus it was in a place that was not noticable once positioned. The box showed no damage, so it was damaged before it was boxed!!!
