The Insignia Fridge was delivered and installed today by BB techs. We liked the fridge. But right after they left it was noticed that the upper left corner of the fridge door was heavily damaged. See photos. After many attempts to get help eventually got an Insignia live chat agent, but the agent's only help was giving me a phone number to call. The fridge seems a good product but Best Buy needs to improve customer service and replace the door or the fridge ASAP.

I bought this 08/22 it stopped working ! not happy!! So 8 months later is this normal its a spare fridge but still 8 months I sure hope that Best Buy stand by their brand and replaces this and honors their customers!!!

I would not recommend this Purchase... Insignia™ - 10 Cu. This frig had a severe ding on top corner and had to be boxed in factory this way. No damage to box or Styrofoam.

This fridge was a perfect size for just me. I keep a lot of fresh fruit and veggies, yoghurts, etc and it fit everything beautifully. Kept my frozen food, especially my expensive fresh frozen dog food, exactly how I wanted it to be and it defrosted in 8 hours in the fridge. Crisper worked great! My lettuce and tomatoes were fresh much longer than anticipated!

A perfect fridge for a small space. After a frustrating two months being "jerked" around by another dealer I finally found Best Buy to be indeed the BEST. No hassles, delivered on time, the delivery crew was exceptionally careful - above and beyond! This little fridge is perfect and well designed....fits the space in my little cottage and runs very quietly. I expect the elect bill to be far less! I shall certainly do business again with BEST BUY!

I've had this refrigerator for about a week or so and can not complain at all. This 5ft fridge is the perfect size for me. I am a 5'4 man that loves food and this fridge is enough to store all the food I'll need for the next two weeks. Also, the freezer portion does a great job at freezing my ice cream. As long as my ice cream isn't melting, we're in business. Also, all my meats are frozen solid. This is the perfect size fridge for a smaller kitchen, like mine, and it will become my garage fridge in the future when I own my own place. Also, if you're worried about having to pick it up in a personal rig, don't you worry about a thing. I fit this fridge, in the box it came in, in my Subaru Crosstrek! A Crosstrek people, with the trunk shut all the way. There was no way I was paying for delivery or waiting months to get it in stock. I needed a smaller fridge ASAP and this was the answer.

For a smaller fridge, and at this price point, it really is a great fridge. I live in a small apartment and it's perfect for the space. Clean simple design, freezer works exceptionally well and main fridge space keeps food very cold. It's really all I needed.

There are very few options in refrigerators this size. Most small refrigerators are in the 4-6 cubic feet range, and the medium sized ones tend to start around 14 cubic feet. If you happen to need a refrigerator this size, then this is a great find. This has a relatively large freezer, probably as large as the freezers that you find in 14-18 cubic feet refrigerators. This means that the refrigerator portion (the non-freezer portion) is somewhat small. Functionally, this is great. Had it for about 2 months now, and zero issues with temperature.

So far I like the size and it got cold, tho I have yet to actually use it because it came dented. Best buy makes dealing with exchanges difficult. Unfortunately, in the dim house lighting mixed with the quickness of the delivery persons I didnt notice the dents until the delivery persons were already pulling away. I then spent nearly an hour on with Best Buy and GeekSquad being transfered to 4 different people once I got off with the Bot only to be told they couldn't do anything just yet because I needed to wait at least 24 hours for their system to update from "in transit" to "delivered". We are going out of state so I dont have time to deal with it right now.

Wish I would have gotten one sooner, it's not to big or to small (like my old one). It keeps things cool and holds a lot. Makes very little noise when running.

We needed a small refrigerator for our garage, this model is great. The capacity is just right and keeps items cold and frozen accordingly.

I purchased this fridge as a gift for my parents for their basement wet bar. It works like a charm! It is compact and looks great in the space. It runs well and is quiet, which I really appreciate. We didn't flip the door from how the delivery guys had it, but it looks simple enough if we choose to do so. It is definitely worth the money from our experience so far.

Perfect! Best refrigerator for one or two people. Incredible quality. Very quiet and holds temperature constant. Set it once and you are good to go. Being over 70, I find that the height is great for me if putting something on the top. Quality of the brand is top notch. Would recommend to everyone that doesn't need a maximum refrigerator for a full family!

Better than expected. The freezer gets really cold like other high end freezers. The fridge is the perfect size to keep in the garage but also good for a small home. It is nice stainless steel as well. It is quiet and sleek looking. No complains here.
