Good Choice For DisplayPort Monitors

My computer equipment setup required more than the six foot cable that came with the monitor. Thinking that it might be good to choose the same cable brand that the DisplayPort manufacturer chose, I was surprised to see that it was an Insignia cable. So that's what I purchased and all is well.

Much better than HDMI

Made a huge difference between 60mhz refresh rate (with HDMI cable) and 165mhz refresh rate (with DisplayPort cable). Monitor had 165mhz capabilities but I didn't realize I couldn't tap into that unless I was using a DisplayPort cable. No more tearing with my games at all.
