I returned this item due to the mismatch of the new IPad I've purchased a few months back.

The two charging cables that came with my purchase did not work.

The old Iphone charger is not used on any product so this became useless.

These are no good. Had them Since December and both don’t work. I’ve been gentle with them and they just seem to no work after you roll them up.

Theses coils are the wrong ones for IPHONE 11 so please the person said that was the right one

I have used Insignia products for years and never have I been disappointed. This 10 foot lightning to USB-C braided Cable is not exception. The cable is 10 feet as advertised. The material of the cable is great and durable. The ends where the braided cable and connectors meet seems very sturdy and High quality. The cable is able to transfer data without any issues. The cable is also able to power any of my Apple devices. I would definitely recommend this cable if you are looking for a long Lightning to USB-C cable that will last. For some reason I cannot submit this review unless it is over 1000 words. As a result I will leave the same review again.... As an owner of multiple Apple products, everything from iPhones, iPads and AirPods to Apple TV remotes, I go through cords very frequently. I normally buy the cheeps since my sons tear them up so quickly, but I saw these and wanted to give them a try. The OEM cords aren't exactly made for durability or longevity, so I wanted to try something different. These were perfect. I had my 5 year old, pull on one end as I pulled on the other just to see how strong the cable was. We weren't doing a tug of war or anything, but I wanted to somewhat simulate the way I see him pulling on the cord. I didn't see any tears or rips and it didnt seem like my little non-scientific test did any damage to it all. The cord length is great as I use a multi-charge that can plug in four USB-C cords and charge them simultaneously. Ten feet may be a little long for charging something sitting next to the charger, but mine is on the bottom shelf of an end table and is kind of tucked away so the length was perfect for my use. Overall, I really like the cables and since this came in a pair, I have one to use in another room in the house. The quality is great and durability is better than I expected.

Insignia once again delivers another great product that doesn’t break the bank but has the same quality as much more expensive OEM brands. My first experience with Insignia was a plasma from back in 2009 that is still going strong, so naturally when they offer alternative products I’m all in. With these cables you get a much more durable braided jacket that is much more durable than what comes with the iPhone or iPad. I’ve gone thru many lighting cables thru out the years and I always will get the braided cables as they just last longer. This is important to me as I try as much as I can to reduce e-waste. The specs show the Insignia cables will charge your iPhone or iPad @ up to 60 watts and has a transfer speed up to 480 mbps.Being 10 foot cables you definitely don’t have to worry about being right next to an outlet. If you’re like me and your whole household hasn’t made the switch to Apple products with all USB-C and you need one last durable lighting cable, Insignia has you covered.

Overall, this is a pretty high quality cable. It’s long enough to charge my phone in bed but still allow me to grab it and take a look at something if I need to, and it’s sturdy enough that I haven’t had any issues with the phone only charging when held at certain angles or saying “Accessory not supported” until I fiddle with the cable an annoying amount. I’ve yet to wake up to find that my phone isn’t charged because my phone got moved during the night and now the cable is bent wrong. The other cable in the package, meanwhile, has survived my laptop bag and charging my phone while out at places like the library or work without issue. It’s survived plenty of accidental yanks, being folded and unfolded, and me dragging the cable out from under things. I can’t say I’ve put these cables through the hardest use ever, but I haven’t babied them either - I’m not good at treating cables like fine china, so inevitably I end up breaking poorly-constructed long cables when I forget and pull them out from under something they got stuck under, or when I bend them too hard while using my phone in bed. The fact that these have survived what I consider to be normal use means I can gladly recommend them - despite being long, these things are not fragile.

I received the 2 pack of Insignia 10' lightning to USB-C cables about 6 weeks ago and they have been put through their paces. As a parent with twin boys under 10, the battle for charging their iPads is never-ending, and these Insignia braided cables arrived at the perfect time for holiday travel, as well. The cables seem well made with quality connectors that haven't become loose over the last 6 weeks of abuse. One thing we have been burned on with cheap cables is they can't handle being used in the car very long - my vehicle has two USB-C ports for the back seat but they stick out into the leg room where they get bumped pretty often. These Insignia cables haven't had a problem despite several drives to see family and rides to school. The braided cables also aren't fraying so far which is a good sign. I really don't have any negatives to say about these cables as they are inexpensive and high-quality. Perhaps you could nitpick that they are pretty thick, which coupled with their 10 foot length could make them a little heavy to pack, but that is balanced out by how well they've held up for me. I'd recommend these to friends or family with no qualms.
