However, this cord was exactly what is needed for that type of purchase, and is excellent.

I took the giant box of mangled old cords dating back as far as the 1990s, and i threw them away fi ally. It felt good! Until I suddenly needed a 10' M-F VGA cord daily to check old hardware. Best Buy had one dusty one lying around, and i picked it up right when they opened the next day via their pick-up option on my way to a job.

This extension cable did the trick and even though it was cheaper then many other options I have been very happy with the picture quality.
