An adequate player although the function controls are fairly small and not as easy to use for an older person such as the recipient of this unit...I'm going to attach some small stickers and write the functions in big letters next to each button. Otherwise the picture is fine and the sound is okay too. Fair for the price.

This is my second purchase of this portable DVD player. First one lasted us several years for in car travel, vacations and temporary setups. The kids abuse this device and keeps on ticking. Best value for the money in this market balancing performance with quality. If it had blue-ray available, would be 5 stars.

I bought 2 of these for my grandchildren to watch movies while traveling since I do not have a player in my vehicle. They are also used at my house with headphones when one or both want to watch his/her own movie. As of now the charge lasts as described.

It's just what I was looking for. Not too heavy with a screen large enough to see. The sound is adequate. My one complaint is that when the screen is tilted back far enough to see when the unit is in my lap, the whole player falls backwards. Small complaint for a well priced DVD player.

This portable DVD player is perfect for travel & camping. Its not HD but still good quality video. Best used with headphones but perfect if you are tucked in a camper or tent with your kids or significant other. If you are looking for an afforable portable player on the go, this is perfect.
