We bought this while on a long trip for our little one. It works good and has a good picture but the score is due to the accessories. It does not come with a remote or a 12v car adapter. Only the 110v house outlet charger. We were able to use the car charger that came with a cheaper model that had a broke screen otherwise I would have returned it. The on switch can be bumped easily and accidentally turned on which will drain the battery if not careful. Overall it gets the job done.

This little DVD player works great and is easy to operate. The only reason for 4 stars is because it doesn’t come with a car plug in. For a portable DVD player, this is a must.

I bought this right before Hurricane Michael hit so I could watch some movies when the power went out and it did. I was able to watch two movies on this DVD Player in addition to my computer as my power was out for 48 hours. The picture was great, sound was great, everything was just fantastic.

I have used my insignia portable player with CDs and also DVDs and it is very easy to use. Just plug in charge it and it is ready to go. I did download the manual and the manual was also very easy to use. Would recommend the Insignia Portable dvd player.

I am very pleased with my recent purchase. I have watched 4 movies so far on this DVD player. The picture is good. The sound is plenty loud enough. (I haven't tried using the player in a moving vehicle only in my bedroom.) I am hopeful this player will last for many years with gentle use, by an adult.

Store very helpful, went in knew what I wanted, showed me a few , went over the differences and was out in very short time. Picture quality is amazing from what I had previously had. Can I actually see blades of grass while watching my football games now. Pricing was fair and payment options were simple.

I bought this DVD player for my next door neighbor who is bed ridden with Parkinson's. This product is a real benefit to him as he has horrible pain that is exacerbated by movement and this small player allows him to watch DVD’s, while being able to manipulate and control the player easily.

Works good, easy to use. Only reason for 4 stars is that I wish it was more durable. Keep in mind that I have a severely autistic 19 year old, so few things are. Probably perfect for most 10 year olds though.

We bought this to entertain the kids while traveling. It worked well. It was better than using a laptop. It helped make a 10 hour trip peaceful. The picture quality and sound quality was fine.

The Insignia portable DVD player works well, has a decent screen and the price is right. Takes up very little space. Perfect for a dorm room or studio.

We took the kids cross country and the DVD player kept the kids entertained for a good chunk of the trip. The battery needs to be recharged after 2.5 hours so we bought a special outlet charger.

This is a handy portable DVD player at a good price which enables me to listen and watch my teaching DVD's anywhere I go. It is not for good quality movies, but great for information DVD's.

I bought this portable DVD as a gift for a family member. Setting it up for her, I saw how well it worked and after she told me how happy she was with the battery life, I returned and bought one for myself. Great product.

Nice sharp picture. Used for convenience around house. Good viewing angles. Can't think of anything bad to say. Definitely worth the price

I bought 2 of these for my 6 year old and 18 month old Granddaughter’s and they love their DVD players. Very easy to set up and operate. For the older Granddaughter she puts in the movie then watches. It is so easy a 6 year old can opearate it.

The DVD player has a great size screen and the picture is clear. The only problem is that it does not come with a car charger, which is where We use it the most.

Bought this to watch DVDs in bed without bothering the other half. Works well. Good quality. Surprising light, but that does t reflect on the quality.

Have only had a chance to use it once and was happy with its operation. Long range is still to come.

Purchased this as last minute replacement (before a long car trip) for my niece. It was easy to use and to store/carry in her backpack. Kept her happy and occupied. We had no problems with it.

Very simple to use for elderly client who loves to order Netflix through the mail!
