The order process was a nightmare. My order never showed up. It took numerous calls before I reached a helpful associate. Due to my fear of guilt by association I will not state his name. Second try was late but finally received with no acknowledgement of remorse for the failure in the process. An explanation would have been appreciated or at least an adjustment in the price. If I had to do it again I wouldn’t!!!

Good for back-up movie watching

Luckily I could charge it using my car. The quality of the picture is good but the sound doesn't go up as much as I'd like - you have to have this very close to you in order to hear the movie playing. All in all it's good for the price paid.

The new one is better than the old and is getting a workout, as my wife uses it when lacing braided rugs.
