Screen adequate size. Simple controls. Worked very well with good picture and sound. Does not play Blu-Ray DVDs. Would have had to spend a lot more for that.

Fine Product Dicey Ordering

The order process was a nightmare. My order never showed up. It took numerous calls before I reached a helpful associate. Due to my fear of guilt by association I will not state his name. Second try was late but finally received with no acknowledgement of remorse for the failure in the process. An explanation would have been appreciated or at least an adjustment in the price. If I had to do it again I wouldn’t!!!

The new one is better than the old and is getting a workout, as my wife uses it when lacing braided rugs.

As the owner of a large collection of DVDs, I can now relax and enjoy the movies I have spent many, many years collecting. Quality is great — picture and sound. Quite an improvement over the portable DVD player I used until it no longer worked (8 years ago).
