The unit is small and does not use much floor space. It is quiet and reliable. I also like the very small shredding cut - makes fine confetti out of my waste paper.

Great product for a good price. Very easy to use. Nice compact size.

It's one of the quieter shredders I've used. I have pretty sensitive hearing, but I have no problem feeding it paper while hovering over it. Set up was simple, and it's easy to move around. Pulling the shred bucket out is your standard shredder affair: you pull on it, and it has a hissy fit, but cooperates anyway after a firm pull. All-in-all, it's a completely standard shredder.

Got this for my mother so she can shred all the papers she has kept on her for years that contain important information. It shreds perfectly and doesn't overheat. She loves that it's on wheels and the bin can be removed without taking the top off. I feel that contributes a lot to how smoothly this shredder goes as all the components don't have to live just in the lid alone.

So far so good. Cuts into pieces so small you'd need a heart surgeon to put them back together. Only thing is I wouldn't recommend putting 10 sheets at a time in. Maybe 2 tops. If not put in perfectly straight, they will fold onto themselves. So 2 becomes 4. Ten would become a jammed machine. Don't do it. Otherwise, love it.

An excellent product! Excellent to use and clean. I had a Royal 12 sheet previously, and this machine far exceeds the shredding. I took a chance, and found myself to be totally impressed. The pull out drawer is wonderful, because it has casters. Easy to look at and quiet as well.

This is a nice size shredder that can handle about anything in a personal capacity or generated by a home office. It is not loud and is very easy to empty and maintain. I have used a shredder in my home for many years for both personal papers and business files and for the price and quality, I would definitely recommend it.

It does exactly what I bought for, Shredding mail and documents with my name on them. It does a great job of cross cutting into mini pieces. Be next to impossible to piece back together. For my requirements it is a 5 star machine, but it would be slow for volume work. For the price this is a great machine for home or a small office. I am very happy with my purchase.

This shredder is awesome and makes me feel safer discarding my personal paperwork. The cross-cut makes tiny bits of paper instead of strips, so good luck putting those papers back together if you have to, but that's kinda the point. It also has a slot for CDs/DVDs and accepts credit cards too. It's a bit loud, but other than that it's a fantastic compact shredder. So worth the money so far!

After cleaning out boxes of paperwork containing tax returns and financial documents from 1992, I needed a shredder or a bonfire to destroy all the paper. Researched shredders, checked other office and big box stores, but found the best shredder for the money to be this one. Shredder works great, micro-fine pieces of paper, runs forever. It is better than the one at work which was 2x the price. Buy it!

Does a good job of shredding into miniscule pieces and can definitely handle multiple pages at a time; the only issue is it tends to overheat w/extended use, and when that occurs, you have to wait nearly an hour for it to cool down before using it again; otherwise, if you are just using to shred several documents here and there, it's a great product

I got the shredder in March. The shredder is just the right size and works well. The quality is good. It was not the cheapest or the most expensive shredder. The shredder is easy to use. The shredder at home helps cut down on clutter and junk mail. I like the colors of the shredder.

Had the smaller unit of this brand and it could hardly handle 2 sheets. Credit card jammed first time, 2nd unit overheated, so returned for a second time and spent the extra 70 bucks to buy the bigger unit. Thank you Geek squad! Anyway, this unit works awesome- also bought some oil sheets from Amazon and shredding like crazy.

I am so glad I purchased this shredder! I love how well it shreds your documents and credit cards. I only had two times that it overheated, but I take blame for both of those. I was shredding a bunch of junk mail and didn't notice how it was thick and bogging the shredder down. Once I figured that out, the shredding went just fine. Got through my stack of papers in no time!

Great Paper Shredder! Cuts in pieces so small that you'd never get them back together.... Kinda like putting together a 10,000 piece puzzle in an 8.5 x 11 size! LOL! It's a great size too as it doesn't take up much space but has good capacity. I'd buy it again.

Out old shredder went down so I picked this one as it had the same features I wanted. It is not as fast but does the job well as long as you don’t cram too much at one time. It is quiet and I love the large window so I can see the paper level. The micro-shredding is a plus as I can shred more papers before emptying and love the large tub. A little expensive but a keeper.
