The cloth weaving around the cord is complete garbage and the wire connection to the C side of the charger is almost completely disconnected. I am not that rough on these chargers and it has been plugged in next to my bed since I purchased it.

Stopped working within 5 months

I tried patching it up with electrical tape but it hasn't helped, still will no longer charge. Will not purchase again,

Phone Charger

If I can get it replaced it will restore my faith in Best Buy. I was very careful not to bend the end so I don't understand why it happened like that. I'm an adult though I know how to handle a charger correctly. I will be in touch with Best Buy soon I've just been really busy with medical issues.
