Long and sturdy cable
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Insignia 10’ cable is well made, sturdy, and extra long for the times when you need to use your phone while charging and the outlet is a little further away. The USB-C to lightning cable is braided to help make it more sturdy and durable to use for a long time to come. The 10’ length is nice when you need to charge your phone and still use is if the wall outlet happens to be a bit further away, say at an airport or train station. The Insignia cable comes with a rubber strap attached to help organize and keep it neat and tidy for storage or to transport while not in use. The 10’ Insignia cable worked as I expected it to do for charging my phone, AirPods Pro, or my older iPad. I have used it plugged into a brick power adapter as well as direct plugged into the usb-c outlet on the wall for charging. It is a bit long for use in my smaller car, but still worked to charge and sync my phone to the infotainment system in the car. No issues with using the cable with my iPhone 14 and would recommend if you need a longer cable.

Works great!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Insignia 10' USB-C to lightning charge and sync cable performs great! The braided cord is about four millimeters, making it thicker/stronger than other similar products. The extra length allows you to charge items up to ten feet away, but it also has a rubberized strap for storage or for when you don't need to take advantage of the long length. Since the cord is braided, it seems less likely to kink/twist, and it lays flat/straight without curling up. The thick, aluminum-colored plastic ends are very sturdy and well made, and the plug is molded securely into the cord. The lightning plug on one end is designed for Apple products and the USB-C on the other end makes it easy to charge with a laptop/desktop and it transfers data quickly - up to 480 mbps. The Insignia brand is known for high-quality products and this charging cord is no exception. It's a great alternative to the Apple-branded products, seems to work just as well, and is priced more competitively. I would highly recommend it.

High quality cable!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is very hard to find high quality cables in this length (10 feet) but this cable is perfect. It is well made and looks like it will last a long time given the braided material. It also has high quality connectors and the ends and thick casing around the likely high usage points (the bending that will definitely happen near the ends/connectors). It also works perfectly for charging and has a sync or Car Play cable. I have used it for a few days now and have no complaints. It is perfect if you have an outlet that's far from where you want to use your device, this cable is perfect. Again, it will definitely last a long time given its quality construction. It also supports high speed data transfers through my testing as well. And despite being white, it hasn't collected any visible dust or dirt and has a clean finish. Overally, I highly recommend for both charging and data transfer/syncing. It is the perfect replacement for a USB-C extension cable as it's one cable and is likely to last a long time.

Great Cord-High Quality
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This charging cord is high quality! The cable is made of a braided type of fabric. It doesn't kink and the 10 foot length is awesome for using in areas where a plug is not convenient. The cord is compatible with Apple smartphones and other Apple devices. It is a USB-C to Lightning cable which is the newest technology. This cord does not come with a charging brick so you will need to purchase that separately or use one you may already have. Charge time seems to be really fast.....full charge in 30 minutes! The connection ends are both heavy duty metal which helps prevents breakage at those points of connection. The cord comes wrapped with an adjustable strap to keep extra cord rolled up and out of the way when not needed. The cord comes with a 1 year limited warranty in case that is of concern for you. After trying inexpensive/cheap charging cords and have them break I am happy to say this one is holding up very well! I would highly recommend this charging cord for both home and mobile use!

Great!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently had the opportunity to test out the Insignia™ 4' Lightning to USB-C Charge-and-Sync Cable, and I must say, it has left a positive impression on me. As a tech enthusiast and reviewer, I always appreciate a good quality cable, and this one did not disappoint. First and foremost, let's talk about the charging speed. This cable performed admirably, delivering a speedy charge to my devices. The Lightning to USB-C connection is quite efficient, and I noticed that my iPhone charged up quickly and consistently. Whether I was charging my phone, iPad, or any other Lightning-compatible device, I found that the charging speed was on par with what I'd expect from an Apple-branded cable. Data transfer speed is also a crucial aspect to consider, especially for those who regularly sync their devices or transfer large files. The Insignia™ cable handled data transfer swiftly and reliably. I was able to move photos, videos, and documents between my devices with no hiccups. It's important to note that the cable supports USB 2.0 data transfer speeds, so it may not be the fastest option available for data-intensive tasks, but for everyday use, it gets the job done without any issues. Durability is always a concern with cables, as they tend to be the weak link in many charging setups. The Insignia™ cable feels solid and well-constructed. It's not flimsy, and the connectors are sturdy, which is essential for long-term use. I appreciate the reinforced stress points near the connectors, which should help prevent wear and tear over time. While I haven't had the cable long enough to comment on its long-term durability, it certainly appears promising. In terms of overall use, the 4-foot length is convenient and provides ample reach for most charging situations. The cable is also relatively flexible, making it easy to coil up and store when not in use. The slim Lightning connector fits into most cases without issue, and the USB-C end connects securely to power sources and devices. The cable's white color is standard and matches well with Apple devices, maintaining a clean and uniform appearance. In conclusion, the Insignia™ 4' Lightning to USB-C Charge-and-Sync Cable is a solid choice for those in need of a reliable and reasonably priced charging and data transfer solution. It delivers on its promises of charging speed and data transfer efficiency, while its durability and overall user-friendliness make it a cable worth considering. Whether you're looking for a spare cable or a replacement, this Insignia™ cable is a dependable option that won't break the bank.

Very pleased and well made
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this due to the fact that our youngest son is a Type 1 Diabetic and is in his 2nd year of college. The charger we had previously and subsequent cables are all from the manufacture and are all very short and don’t really last that long. The problem we were experiencing was w/ exercise he was going low at night and the phone was too far of a distance away from him that if he didn’t wake up my wife and I would call. There was one instance that he went dangerously low and he didn’t wake up and we had to contact campus police to go wake him. My idea was that w/ this being 10ft in length he would be able to lay the phone near his head and “hopefully” would hear the phone ring IF he went low. So far so good! I love the fact that it works w/ the charger that came w/ his phone and the best thing about this Insignia charging cable is the fact that it seems to be VERY well made and it doesn’t twist or kink like most charging cable do over time, granted he hasn’t used it that long we are very impressed w/ this Insignia 10 foot cable. He likes the fact that when he is in his vehicle he has enough cord w/ a lot left over to charge his phone and still allows him to place it in the holder that he has in his vehicle. I highly recommend this Insignia charge and sync cable.

Nice, High Quality Cable
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Insignia 10" USB-C to Lightning Cable is a very high quality cable that should provide years of trouble-free service charging all my iOS devices. The cable came securely packaged in a nice cardboard box with a window, an neatly coiled with a rubber strap neatly holding everything in place. The rubber strap has a series of holes and a hexagonal pin which does a great job securing the cable for storage and travel. The cable is of heavy construction with a durable braided jacket with nice strain relief where the cable enters each plug. Because of this construction and it's length, the cable may be a little heavier than other cables, but that weight provides durability, so hopefully you don't have to deal with a failed cable while on the go. I tested the cable with my PC and Mac, as well as with a normal wall charger and fount it to charge and transfer data as expected. Overall, I think this is an excellent cable that will be part of my travel kit for years to come. the length will be nice for those days in the airport when a charger is farther away than I'd like, and I love the solid build and it's implied long-term durability.

Nice length and high quality cord.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I often get asked by my students if they can charge their phones in my classroom since they are not allowed to have them out during class. I used to have one that had an assortment of ends on one base, so I could allow anyone to charge, no matter what brand phone they had. That one "grew legs and walked away" one day, so I only had my regular USB cords for them to use. This cord is very long (10 feet), allowing me to keep it on my desk and yet they still have access to the end and can charge their phones without taking it from there. The cord itself is a very tight weave of nylon, so it looks like it will hold up well for years. The ends are pretty substantial, making it even more student-proof! There are small strain-relief sections at the end of each of the connectors, keeping the cord from twisting too much near the end where other cords struggle to maintain their effectiveness. I am very happy with the quality and style of the cord and would have no problem recommending it to anyone looking for a long cord to charge their Apple product. My students also appreciate that they can once again have a little charge while in my room as well!

Great iPhone cable for charging and syncing
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Insignia 4' USB-C to Lightning Charge-and-Sync Cable is a nice braided cable. The quality is good and very solid. The end of each end of the cable is long enough to grab onto when plugging or unplugging the cable. This will help in preserving the connection and durability of the cable. The braided cable feels good and screams quality. It also comes with a rubber cable tie that can be adjusted to how tightly or loosely you tighten the cable for storage. I had no problems plugging it into my USB-C charging brick while charging. I also had no problems plugging it into the USB-C port on my MacBook. When plugging it up to my MacBook a pop-up will appear on my MacBook asking if I trust my iPhone device. After checking the Allow button, nothing will happen unless you unlock your iPhone and click the Allow and Trust message that appears. The ability to sync the iPhone to the MacBook will then work with no issues. I also like the overall length of the cable. I have no problems placing my iPhone on my nightstand with the cable being able to reach my charger. Overall, it’s a good cable for my iPhone needs.

My new go to cable
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Insignia is my go to for charging cables. This is a really nice length, I can keep this in my car or I also use it around my house, in the bedroom mostly for chagrin items at night. The cord is long enough to reach the outlet and still reach my night stand.I really like that this one comes with the strap to help keep the extra cable bundled so it is not a long jumble of cord. More and more things are moving to USB C so it is nice to have this option to plug into my other devices and the power source for charging my iPad andiPhones. The braided cable is strong and sturdy. I really like the construction and it is narrow as well so will not take up much room on your counter or wherever your chargins needs may take you. It folds up nicely and is easy to transport and take with you. This is definitely my new og to cable. My favorite feature is the length, finally a cable that is long enough to let you stretch away from the wall outlet and still remain charging. I really like the braided cord and the rubber strap that keeps the cable organized and it is small enough to bring with you wherever you go.

Long durable cord.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Insignia 10' USB-C to Lightning Charge-and-Sync is a 5-star product. It's 10' giving you plenty of room to use your lightning cable around the room. Works with all of Insignia USB-C chargers, I've tried with a 100w charger and it quickly charged the phone. Very useful for getting the charge you need when you need to leave the house at a rapid pace. Other people seem to enjoy the long cord and would kindly direct them to this one. Works with iOS devices and is also long enough to Sync with a Mac/PC. Enjoyed the braided cable but the color is pure white and will get dirty over time with my use. Lightning connector seems to be sturdy so it won't easily disconnect from the phone or tablet. Used for a week without any disconnection issues. Insignia made a solid braided cable long enough to also go across hotel rooms and easier enough to wrap up on the go as well. Data Transfer Rate 480 megabytes per second for transferring data back and forth. Comes with a 1 year warranty from Insignia. I love this cord's durability; doesn't seem to break easily at the base of the USB-C charger or Lightning cable. Handy to have around.

Better than oem cable
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a very well-built cable. The packaging is nice and well protected for shipping. They also included a nice rubber cable tie to keep the cable organized for storage. The oem does not even include that. One also great thing is that this is MFI certified which most aftermarket cables are not so there are compatibility issues. This however worked well with my Iphone 13 Pro, 14 Pro and 14 pro Max. All connected and charged just as fast as the oem with the 20 watt OEM power brick. I was able to get the fast charge to work well. In the Car I have a USBC and this is where it shines. I was able to connect my phone for carplay reliably and I link that this is braided which seems much better built for bends that the cable takes over time. As for the length it is 7’ and a little longer than the OEM cable but much appreciate so I can hold my phone while plugged in and not feel like I was bending the cable at the connections. The only cons are I wish there were colors like Black, Blue or Grey to keep the cable cleaner looking over time as this seems like it may show its age due to the lighter color.

Great affordable alternative
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you own an apple device having an extra USB-C charging cable is a must. We all know that the apple cable is really easy to damage, so we are constantly having to replace them. Well, enter the Insignia lightning cable. Not only is the cable long enough to reach a good distance, but it feels really well made, and it should last a good while. The sleeving really feels like a quality protective sleeve. I've already rolled over the cable with my chair, and to my surprise, the cable looked just like new. Had it been an OE cable, it would have definitely left a kink on the cable, and possibly stopped functioning. The 4' cable length is great for whenever an outlet is out of immediate reach. When in school, or at work, and you find yourself with an outlet far enough to keep your original cable from reaching, this Insignia cable really comes in handy. A great addition to the cable is the attached strap to make carrying the cable around in a safe and compact manner. If you are looking for a new USB-C to Lightning cable, look no further. I would really recommend it.

Nice sturdy cable, great length
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice reliable charge cable. Has USB type C on one end and lightning plug for apple products (iphone or Ipad) on the other end. Cable is very long - 10 feet - making it great while laying in bed or on the couch giving it plenty of length to reach wherever you move around to. This cable has a nice heavy/sturdy feel to it with thick durable braided cover. Plugs are nice a thick as well with reinforced wire connections to prevent breaking or fatigue failure over time. Carries a nice strong current and I haven't noticed any lack of flow or slow charging as others have mentioned - I think this is simply based on the plug-in brick you use in the wall and doesn't have much to do with the wire itself - as I said, I've had no issues. This cable works well for data transfers to PC as well. Supports max data transfer rate of 480 megabytes per second for speedy connection and file transfers. Build quality and design are excellent. Has a nice soft and smooth touch feel but strong and rugged. Nice aesthetic look a smoothly braided cover.

Good equality cable
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Seems that you always need an extra cable for your device. Currently, I'm using this for my iPhone 14 Pro Max and Gen 7 iPod Touch/Nano. Good to have an extra cable and, seemingly, a super long one at that. It's like the cable you have is always broken or too short. This seems to solve both issues. The braided cable should ensure longer life out of this cable so here's hoping that it does. While the iPhone is switching over to USB-C already, I guess this cable will be obsolete for me. Until that time though, seems like this cable should do the trick. The silver/aluminum accents on the cables is a nice touch and, again, the length of this cable is perfect; for me at least. Data speed seems consistent with the OEM Lightning cable so there doesn't seem to be any degradation of speed with this cable. Charging seems to be spot on as well with no dips in power draw or spikes from what I've seen. \ All in all, can never have too many of these cables even if Apple is doing away with Lightning.

Great Premium cable
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Insignia 4' USB-C to Lightning Charge-and-Sync Cable is really nice and premium feeling cable. The connectors look like brushed aluminum but they are really plastic. The 4ft length is the perfect for using in the car or on a desk. The braided cable cover is thinner than most other cables. However, the thinner braiding feels more premium. Unlike cheaper cables this one does not bind up and is not stiff. Also, the cable feels lighter than similar cables the same length. Both the USB-C side and Lightning side connectors make solid connections between my Iphone 12 Max and charging bank. In my use I was able to get 17 - 20 watts of consistent power transfer. This is not a limitation of the cable, it is more a limitation of my phone. If I were using a USB-A connector I would only be getting around 12 watts max. The extra power transfer means I can fill up in less than an hour. Furthermore, the connections never got warm. Overall, this is a great premium cable and I would get it again.

It's a lighting cable.. Works as expected.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't use many non-official lightning cables at all in my home. A lot of the ones we've had die pretty quickly while the official cables last for seemingly ever sometimes. I can't speak about the longevity of this cable since I've only used it for a short while but I will say that it feels better than most third party cables I've used. It's a lightning cable. It works. My wife has been complaining about some charging issues with her phone and it seems like she just kept on using one of the few cables that just didn't work very well anymore. Plugged this bad boy in and everything was great. Tried it out on all of my lightning devices without an issue. AppleTV remote, charged. Older iPad, charged. iPhone 12 and 13 (Pro Maxes), charged. It's a charging cable. It does what it's supposed to. The build quality on the cable seems really nice. It's braided which I usually like and both of the ends feel pretty strong. I imagine it won't last forever but it feels like I will last for quite a while without issues. The length is good for our needs. We're usually pretty close to a plug so 7' is plenty long. Possibly even too long. All that said, I'll repeat one more time. This is a lightning cable. USB-C might be on one end but at the end of the day, it's a lightning cable. With the newest iPhones finally adopting USB-C on the device, these cables will eventually be e-waste. Definitely not tomorrow or anything but gradually, you'll stop needing lightning cables just like when Apple moved away from their old, bulky 30 pin connector. For now, though, this seems like a pretty good cable to get your through until all of your devices use the same USB-C connector.

Perfect length & fast charging
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Insignia 4' lightning usb to c braided charging cable, perfect length to use at my desk not to long wear I have extra cord to get in the way, the braided cord is flexible so it wraps up easily. Also great for travel doesn't take up room fits in my bag side pocket. Charges my my iPhone fast compared to other chargers I've bought. Also works great in the car long enough to reach my car phone mount alao fast charging in the car. The sync and transfer files and pictures to my laptop was fast it has the capability of transferring 480 mps speed. No need to have to remove my phone case it fit perfectly in the case's charger opening with no issues. It is also offered in longer lengths 7' and 10' being that the 4' worked great for what I wanted it for I will also be purchasing the 10' for my home charging needs, I do like having multiple chargers in my home and for travel I don't like always having to unplug and pack chargers I found a brand I like so I will buy more just to keep packed up and in the places I need them at all times. I highly recommend Insignia brand they've always been a great charger.
