I was able to connect my XLR microphone port to my computer via USB! You may also want to get a shadow power source if your mic requires 48 Volts

Quality is good, better than old printers came with back in the day.

The printer is about 10 years old, so I didn't know if the replacement cable would work but it did. The sales rep was very helpful also.
