Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a new printer my old one went out so my new All in one computer would not connect to the new printer it showed on my computer but it showed it was connected to my computer but wouldn’t print I called HP for help and they tried but it would not print so they told me other things to do if that didn’t work then I would need to buy this other cable so I went to Best Buy for my cell phone and asked the sales person about this cable and he went and got it for me because I didn’t know what to look for and now I’m able to print form my All In One computer

When gifting don’t make the recipients have to wait because you forgot the hook up wires and they now have to make a special purchase either in person or on line before they can “ enjoy” your gift?. Hookup wires, paper, ink, batteries , filters you name it Best Buy is a one stop shop with all your needs from personal care to advanced AI technology

I thought I could use a printer cable I had lying around the crib (I was completely wrong!) All USB-B cables are not created equally lol. I needed a new cable ASAP as I had a gig in a few hours and ordering online was not an option. Searched online and saw Best Buy had what I needed and the price was decent. This cable is thinner than the original but it sure works and it’s like my controller works better.

Unable to use wireless printer

Geek squad tech worked but was unable to solve problem because of Wi-Fi in complex. The solution was to connect printer via cable directly to computer. The result problem solved printer and computer working perfectly.
