It isn't compatible with my older printer. I advised the sales associate that the printer was older. He was very young, kind, knowledgeable, a total computer geek but was probably 8 when my printer was new.

I was disappointed when I first entered your store, Asian guy at the receptionist desk blew me off like a little buck weed. As soon as I said hello he said I am busy I don’t have time to help you. And then he pointed me to the computer section and he said rudely; go over there someone would help you. I thought that was disrespectful. I started to tell him to kiss my halaluya!

Buyer beware

That was a big lie. And I was told to come back to the store the next day with the scanner so she and the other employee would make everything functional. I put a call into an area of Best Bye International and the representative had my scanner working over the phone. Best Buy same store seems to scam senior people.
