Needed a reasonably long cable, and besides being long enough for me, this cable functions well with no discernible speed problem.

I underestimated the length that 100' ends up being. That just means I got great value. Works as expected and I could network my neighbors apartment and their other neighbors apartment with this cable if i needed to.

I purchased this cable to move my wireless router from the basement to the living room upstairs, as the Wi-Fi signal wasn’t reaching the second floor where the bedrooms are. The flat design of the cable is a big plus, making it very practical to secure along the base of the wall using adhesive plastic clips. It worked perfectly with no signal or speed loss. This is an excellent choice for anyone looking to improve Wi-Fi coverage by placing the router in a better spot in their home. Highly recommend!
Thank you, Branden! We're glad the Insignia™ 50 foot Cat-6 Ethernet Cable effectively improved your Wi-Fi coverage by allowing you to relocate your router. We appreciate you highlighting the cable's flat design and ease of installation. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask! - Mae | Insignia Support

I purchased this initially as a temporary solution for connecting my PS4 to ethernet rather than some spotty wifi. It's worked out well almost two years later.

Very long and solid material made out of this, pushes 10 GBs out for some solid download and uploading speeds. Expensive but worth the price. I run it from my living room to across the whole apt.
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear the product served its purpose well, even if the duration ended up being more than you needed. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Keith | Insignia Support

Great quality and just the right length to connect our office credit card machine to ethernet. It runs so much faster that way rather than using WiFi.
