So far, so good. Held back on the 5th star since slow to charge the power bank to full charge, but I think that is typical with any power bank. Easy to use and suits my purpose of portable charging when a wall plug is not available. Even though my last power bank had 3 USB slots, I like this model better (2 USB slots) since it is lighter and smaller.

Easily charges smartphones to last all day. Delivers charge quickly and takes a charge fast as well! The 12K mAh unit weighs significantly more making it a pain to carry in your pocket. Only complaint is after several uses the short charging cable seemed weak at USB connection to the phone which shuts off charging. You can restart by pushing small button on the charger. I think this only happens if the brick and phone are being manipulated and probably solved with a better cable.

I bought this power bank to replace my previous one that I bought it on Amazon and it lasted a good time and finally I gave it to a friend, because the cell phones of now the batteries store more energy, it had 2000 mAh and this Insignia brings 10,000, I am very satisfied with this charger the price is very good.

I was skeptical at first buy as the deal of the day o decided to give it a try and I must say I'm glad I did. It charges my phone fast and I can use it 4 more times for a full charge before the batteries die out. Only thing is that it does take a long time to fully charge this device but its worth it when you do.

I went to buy one of these for my daughter since she wanted one for Christmas and was thrilled to find they were on sale and more than 3000mph. She is always on the go between her kids activities and needing to keep her phone charged and ready for her work. We charged before wrapping them and they were quick charged and ready to go in a very short time. We decided to buy one for our son and other daughter. I certainly believe this was a good value.

We overuse the phones and this was a lifesaver. Used during our weeklong vacation in Scotland every day. It is light and compact which made carrying it easy. Can charge phones multiple times and while not instant it worked fairly quickly. Can charge 2 devices at same time and the unit recharged itself quickly.

Item was perfect for me and my family. Slim and holds more than enough juice for nearly 3 full charges of bigger battery phones like the Galaxy s8+ or Note8. Definitely comes in handy when on trips like Disneyland where phones are used more than ever and need to be topped off midday.

I like the size of this power bank. About the same size as my galaxy s7, maybe slightly thicker. I've been able to charge from 20% to 100% at least 3 times on a full capacity. Charge time on phone is reasonably fast, 30-45 minutes. Charge time on the power bank takes a while, not sure how long. I usually charge it overnight.

Best Buy had a really good price on this charger. I wanted something to power my Sony portable WiFi speaker and this provides the power. It holds a perfect charge a long time. I am well satisfied.

Great charger. Light weight and holds its charger. Chargest fast. It not a rapid charger but charge pretty decent. I would recommend for those on the go because you can slip in your bag or back pocket. I use at the theme parks.

I use this charger for my phone and it works great. It gives me a full charge from 0% in about 20 minutes. I get about 4 or 5 full charges before i have to recharge this thing. It's small so it is very portable. Highly recommended

This is just what I've always needed. It keeps a charge for a few days, and it charges my IPhone rather quickly. I'm glad I purchased this portable charger. Only regret is I didn't have it prior to going on my last cruise.

Bought 4 for Christmas gifts and one for myself. Great little lifesaver. The device charges fairly rapidly....very speedy charge to my phone. Holds about 2 full phone charges. When sitting idle does not drain down. Impressed so far.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do and it's priced well. Really cant beat it. Charged my iPhone from 49% to full and the portable battery didn't even lose one dot so it looks like this thing can really charge multiple devices easily.
