I was confident that when I bought this product, it would work well. And that it did. The battery life on this thing is INSANE!!! I literally charged my Android AND iPod Touch 3 times each before I had to recharge the charger itself! Very good product!

I tried a different brand and only charged to 30 percent so went online and decided on this one . I really happy charges very fast.

I just needed something to keep my and my husband's iPhones charged during our upcoming 9 1/2 hour flight to Hawaii. I chose this one because it was well priced, and according to the salesman who 'translated' the box for me (I'm relatively ignorant when it comes to technology) when fully charged it would provide 4 battery recharges for my particular IPhone version. The design is nice and compact, and the use of USB ports allowed me to charge other items as well. I was very happy with the performance of this item during our Hawaii vacation and look forward to another reason to use it, as again, it was reliable, easy to use, and can recharge anything attached to an USB port!

I bought this charger prior to a recent trip where I knew I would be away from an a/c outlet for long periods of time. This charger performs better than expectation. It charges my Samsung Galaxy Mega phone (6.6 inch screen) super fast and even while I am using the phone. The charger is compact enough to fit in a shirt pocket, the back pocket of jeans or the front pocket of dress pants. I would buy this charger again.

I was reading lot of reviews before making this purchase, the one this that attracted me towards this is 10,400 mAh capacity and the price. I heard from my friends that max the mAh the better. This product is really handy and nice to look at. My iPhone 6 gets charged very quickly and does not produce any heat on phone or charger.

charges effectively and ability to charge mobile device lasts a long time. It helps me to hang on and not have to replace my mobile phone that loses charge quickly. I only wish it was not as heavy as it is , but that must be why it holds charging power for so long.

I brought this with me as a backup charger while traveling. I've used other power packs before and they didn't do justice when it came to charging my phone. With the Insignia portable charger, not only did it save my phone from total darkness (and me from complete boredom while flying), there was still plenty of juice left to charge other things! I'm glad I decided to shell out a bit more than the cheap versions, but it didn't put a huge gaping hole in my wallet either while delivering on amazing performance!

I got this when my phone batter was low and I was taking the kids to the park. This had more than enough battery to bring my phone from 15% to over 75% in less than an hour. I also like that I can charge more than one product at a time. This evening, both my and my husband's phone were low, he was still using his while they were both plugged in and in the 30 minutes they were plugged in his still gained 5% (remember, he was using his) and mine gained 20%. And the charge lasts for a long time; very happy that the boxes show how much is left when I plug in my phone.

This does take about 6-8 hour to fully charge but it can keep your phone and tablet charged for over a day. I went out with some friends and we didn't need to sit by the outlets because the 3 USB ports on this device was enough and it had eno ugh juice to charge all three of our phones with 1/2 the charge left on this power bank. It is extremely an effective and inexpensive purchase and would recommend it

This is a great little charger. It charges my phone fast and easy to use. Not to bulky

My son tended to forget to charge his phone till the last minute. I thought that a portable battery charger would be perfect for his use. He loves it. I found this charger to be the perfect size, capable of charging even the large battery phones like the LG G2 at least three times. It is also a reasonable size, not too heavy or not too bulky.

The charger is a little heavy but probably not any heavier that others with the same strength. It charges phones quickly and lasts through multiple charges. Takes a little while to re-charge the charger but if you just plug it in overnight, it's good in the morning. A really good value based on how much other chargers can cost.

I hate having to bring a wall charger everywhere I go and I'm on my phone A LOT so I needed something portable. This little baby does the trick for me. The charging rate is dynamite. I charge it up once a week and I'm good to go. I've had both an Android and an iPhone charging at the same time. I don't go anywhere without my new toy.

This product works as advertised. It can recharge both my iPad and my cell phone at the same time. It has enough capacity to fully charge a completely depleted iPad and a completely depleted cell phone. It is no problem recharging the battery. I am completely satisfied with this product.

I needed a cheap, but solid option for my recent business trip, and this ended up fitting the bill perfectly. It does take a decent amount of time to charge, however it holds a long charge and charges quite quickly. I would highly consider this if anyone is in the market for one.

This charger has been great to take on long trips where I have limited access to a wall or car charger. It fits in my purse easily and is not as bulky or heavy as I thought it would be. I also like that I can charge multiple things at once like my tablet and phone.

I bought this for business travel and for airlines that don't have chargers on board. I had a small 2000@ device that would barely charge my device to 50 percent. So far this one charges about 3-4 times all the way to 100 percent. I carry in my backpack with no problem.

This worked very well... I could charge my phone up to 3 times on one charge and have some juice left over. It worked well charging 2 devices. Never really tried 3. It has since begun to not work as well as the charging port has become loose, so it is difficult to get to charge all the time. I can't say if it is a defect or just from using it so much.
