Basic. Good value. Works well. Easy set up. Portable. Suction mount allows for switching between vehicles. I use the permanent mount for my personal vehicle and the suction mount when I have a rental or borrowed vehicle, Ease of portability and price were the main reasons I purchased this camera. Met my expectations. Would recommend. *Note, memory card needs to be purchased separately,

So far so good. If feels of quality, I like its size and it was easy to install on my Mazda Cx-5 2019.

I bought this to replace an old dash cam. This one is smaller but does a great job. I bought two of these, one for my car and one for my truck. I hope I never need these to use in case of an accident but it sure is a good feeling that if I ever do it is there. For the price, I think this is a good deal. I am very happy with this dash cam and would recommend this one to anyone thinking about getting a dash cam.

It's a basic camera that does the job. Good price especially when bought on sale and has the basic features you need to protect yourself against non insured drivers. My only negative comment would be about the need to constantly format the memory card.

This dash camera is compact and not overly noticeable. I wanted to make sure I was never in a situation where something happened in my vehicle and I got into a ‘your word against mine situation.’ I like the piece of mind this product provides and installation was smooth.

I like the small size of the camera. It is a basic front facing dash cam ( that mounts on the windshield ). Setup and formatting went well. There is plenty of cable to tuck under the head board to make a clean install. So far it is working fine.

Works great and the price range is good, picture quality is fantastic the camera holder locks in place Wherever you place it, especially on windshield. Camera starts when car starts, plugs in usb or cigarette lighter compact and easy to exchange from car to car.

I bought this as a birthday gift for a friend’s kid. I have another version of this Insignia dash cam. As always, extremely easy to set up and use with a basic learning curve. I’ve always purchased Insignia products because they are way more affordable and on par with other brands quality.

Excellent Dash camera! Same great quality as other more pricier cameras. Small size is never in the way on windshield. Does really well staying in place in extreme hot south Texas weather.

I did not test this in a vehicle, but returned it after playing with it in the house. If you really need a dashcam and can only afford the price of this one, it will do. It has decent enough video quality. It will save off the video if it detects a crash. However, that saved video will be the current one-, three-, or five-minute loop being recorded. It might copy the previous recording to the save area (if the event is right at the beginning of a loop) but probably will not. In my opinion, it should always do so, because you could easily miss the beginning of an event. This is one thing I tested in the house. I also tested the low-light performance, and it seems to be not so horrible. Not great, but better than I expected. Using the LCD screen to review the footage is painful. The interface is terribly slow. You would be well advised to carry another way to view the files, should you need to do so while on the road (for example, an OTG micro-SD card reader for your phone). If you get this, be sure to read other reviews, about the suction-cup mount. It also comes with a mount with 3M tape. I didn't use either, but I'd probably use the suction cup mount for a few weeks to ensure that it was were I wanted it to be, then clean the glass and use the tape.

Ok device. Works good for when you’re driving. If you have a cigarette lighter go when the car is turned off that doesn’t drain the battery then it would be 5 stars. Video quality is excellent for the price. Recommend a 256 GB micro sd card or bigger to capture the best quality / most video before it recycles itself.

Very easy to install and set up. I believe it was about $60. You WILL have to buy a scan disk micro SD card for it. Absolute Great Value and super easy to use.

Finally installed this and so far so good. Using on the windshield and it though it disconnected once, it has since stayed attached. Yes, I cleaned the window first. The front buttons make it easy to save a video to permanent storage and turn off sound etc. I put a 256 GB card for storage in it, so should be good enough. With so many driving like idiots now, this is good and inexpensive insurance should something come up. Thinking of getting one for the rear.

This is my first time using/purchasing a dash cam, I was looking for something easy & basic to use for everyday (when needed) as well as for an upcoming summer road trip. Reformatting the memory card I already had & getting things going was an incredibly fast process & the image quality on the cams small screen is great. The menu options on screen are clear to understand. I haven't used it enough yet to transfer any files, etc. But so far I am very confident in the quality of this product.

You cannot be overly critical on a $60 dash camera. It is 1080p, it has simple controls, the useability is good, it's a small size, and it works properly. I used and bought this for a recent road trip I went on, just as a good insurance. The only con I have is sometimes it choses to not turn off when you turn the vehicle off and doesn't turn on when you turn the vehicle on. This can be easily fixed by either holding power button to turn off and to unplug/replug when vehicle is off.
