The fridge door does not have handles, and there's not a light in the freezer, and there is not an ice maker. Minor concerns, but buyers should be aware before purchase. The price point was just right for me, and the size limitation in our apartment kitchen dictated a smaller fridge.

Having a very small kitchen this is a necessity. Seems well made, weirdly doesn't have a door handle. Overall a nice unit, and I like it. But things aren't all nice. This was initially advertised as being compatible with an ice maker when I ordered it. I did order the ice maker, and they sent me 8 of them. It looks like that was the bulk packaging, though I only paid for one. Subsequently the website was corrected, but that left me feeling a bit the victim of bait and switch. The fridge also arrived with some shipping damage. The website was pretty useless in trying to resolve those issues so I went to my local store. The customer service experience there was less than great, possibly due to the fact that I think the employees are pretty inexperienced. I would have happily saved everyone some hassle and $ and made a deal to keep the fridge with the small damage. But that was a non-starter or did not compute with the worker. So I got to spend another day waiting for a delivery of a whole other refrigerator. They refunded the ice maker, but I had to basically tell them that they probably should take the other 7 that I brought back with me that technically belonged to them. This elicited no thanks or offers of assistance. By that point I had lost any goodwill I arrived with.

No handles to break off. Quick cold mode. The freezer controls are in an odd spot behind the drawers but I also notice I can change the temps for the trays

Has wheel to make it super easy to move. The freezer is perfect and it come with this super nice ice tray with bin and a scoop. It’s easy to whip down and just worth it.

The delivery team was helpful and professional. Up to now, the refrigerator is working perfectly. It was my first purchase of an insignia product, and it exceeded my expectations. I now have an Insignia freezer and a portable air conditioner and they work beautifully.

Great Fridge For My Bar!

It has plenty of room for drinks and snacks. I converted the bottom freezer drawer to hold nothing but ice for cocktails. And I also use the "Deli" drawer to hold jello shots. It is perfect for my bar and cpuld be useful for any use you can think of.
