The perfect size small fridge for our new bar area

This refrigerator is hands down the best! The bottom freezer is especially great. Love this fridge!

Nice little fridge. Perfect for a small family. The only problem was the front door has a few dents that are slightly visible but I wasn’t there in person at the time of the delivery.

I had a deeply frustrating experience ordering an appliance through this website. I waited two weeks for the appliance to arrive and carefully scheduled delivery for a specific Saturday. Because this appliance was urgently needed, I kept my Airbnb vacant and worked around a faulty refrigerator so the delivery wouldn’t disrupt a guest. On the day of delivery, the order was canceled without any notice. No phone call. No email ahead of time. Nothing. When I contacted customer service, I was told I would need to wait another full week for delivery at least. There was no option to escalate, no supervisor available, and no attempt to prioritize or fix a problem that the company itself caused. There was also zero empathy or understanding of the time-sensitive nature of appliance deliveries or the financial impact this caused. Ultimately, I canceled the order because there were no reasonable solutions offered. The representative seemed indifferent to losing the sale and provided no meaningful customer service beyond repeating policy. If you are ordering an appliance you actually need—especially for a rental, renovation, or time-sensitive situation—I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Reliability and accountability matter, and this experience showed a serious lack of both. Sad, because I have had a good experience with Best Buy in the past. I wont be ordering with them in the future.
