(The only comment I have re' the fridge at this point is that stainless steel panels are very thin and prone to being easily damaged/dented.) I originally ordered this refrigerator in early 2023 - long story short it took almost five months and four deliveries to finally get an undamaged fridge. Only minimal compensation was offered by Best Buy for the repeated delays and many hours of my time spent dealing with this issue. Requesting escalations hit a brick wall. Given Best Buy apparently doesn't value my business enough to make this right, they won't be getting any more of it and I'm warning others to avoid. They could learn a thing or two from Lowe's when it comes to being customer focused.

It is obvious, such that people comment. Also, the glass over the crisper broke (by me) but they don't seem to have a replacement, after 4 hours of different people in parts, they don't know what part it is! I would not but this fridge again.

I would have loved for freezer door to open as a drawer instead of a door. This makes it difficult to see everything in there without sitting on floor to see everything.
