Ft. refrigerator from Best Buy in June 2024, and it completely stopped working in October 2025 — just four months after the one-year warranty expired. A certified repair technician confirmed that the entire cooling system failed and quoted over $1,000 to repair it, nearly twice the original cost. I contacted Best Buy customer service, but they refused to help, saying nothing could be done because the warranty had expired — even though a refrigerator should last years, not barely over one. We’re a small nonprofit organization and we cannot afford to replace this fridge. Having it fail so quickly, and receiving no support from Best Buy, was incredibly disappointing. Best Buy clearly does not stand by their products because they were unable to offer me any sort of resolution.

Good value in 24 inch refrigerator

Temps in freezer stay around zero F., refrigerator section set points aren't clearly numbered, but we use a thermometer and set at 44 deg. which is maintained even in warm summer minths.

We are doing a remodel and for the kitchenette we bought this refrigerator. We needed it earlier than we were going to use it to size out the cabinets. About 30 days after ordering we turned it on only to realize a couple hours later that the freezer door won't shut and was leaking water all over the floor. Super frustrating! Related - but Best Buy's return policy is a bit of a joke (only 14 days?), I definitely should have ordered through a different retailer with a more reasonable return policy ...
