    The fridge is fine, except it showed up with a broken drawer. Its been ove 1.5 months and they still havent replaced it.

    I purchased this fridge in May 2022, but didn't install it until August. Immediately I became aware that the refrigerator will not cool below 40 degrees regardless of the temperature setting. When I called for service, I was informed that it isn't a repairable item, and I must return it to the store to exchange it! How absurd! I fully intend to return it to the store, but I won't be exchanging it. I was not informed that it was carry in service only, and I am not willing to chance having to run back and forth with another defective unit.

    I Regret Purchasing From Best Buy

    The refrigerator had a dent in the side when it was unpacked although the box looked fine. (We had picked it up at the store rather than pay $330 to have it delivered.) I called "customer service" and was told I could repack it and return it to the store or bring in a picture. They store is a two hour drive each way. I could not email or call the store-I had to show up in person-"they don't take phone calls." Hopefully it doesn't have any problem, as I have little hope of getting any service out of the 5-year warranty I purchased.

    Compressor died after two years. Too expensive to fix. A couple repair men said its not worth the cost to fix. Repair men said stick to Whirlpool, GE, and Fridgedare. Best Buy support charges $100 to just look. THROWING AWAY MONEY HERE.

    The rubber seal on this refrigerator started to tear within a year. I contacted Best Buy, and they sent a replacement refrigerator. However, after just 13 months, the new one experienced the same issue. Since it was beyond the one-year mark, Best Buy refused to process a return, leaving me with a refrigerator that is already ripping and malfunctioning after just a year. I cannot recommend buying from Best Buy or this particular refrigerator.

    It’s an Absolute NO for me! Major disappointment!

    Not cold enough for a refrigerator, even on the highest cooling level. It spoiled my food after just a few days (produce, cheese, and most everything in the Deli / produce drawer!!!) Food started to grow MOLD just after a short while and had to throw it all away. What a waste!!! I called best-buy 3 times and finally was told I need to contact the manufacturer. I did that but referred my back to Best Buy for a refund, which is what I want.

    Loud and arrived damaged TWICE! Horrid cust. serv

    THE WORST EXPERIENCE in retail. Had to exchange it twice. First one made a terrible high pitched squeeking noise and had damage to the inside. Took off work another day to have it exchanged. The second one arrived damaged (a huge dent on the top corner). Driver took pictures and sent thm in. Told me I would receive compensation. Spent an hour on the phone to receive "compensation" and got hung up on. Called back. Another hour on the phone explaining everything over again.

    We called to advise the fridge had some dents on both doors and were advised to contact some other department. We did not notice the debts until days later in different lighting

    TLDR: Piece of Trash sold by Best Buy who wants to charge more to fix it. TRASH. Stops working within 1.5 years when the manufacturer's warranty expires. Then best buy will offer to send someone to diagnose the problem for $125, then god knows how much it would be to fix. Absolutely pathetic.

    So far I love this fridge. It does a great job cooling. It looks great and fits great in my space. I love the deli drawer and the bottom freezer. You don't always find a bottom freezer in the smaller sized refrigerator. And speaking of smaller refrigerator, it holds a lot for a smaller fridge. It has more capacity than most. Also, hats off to the delivery guys. They knew the product, answered all my questions and brought into its spot very carefully. They communicated well about their planned arrival time and showed up when they said. They were 100% professional! I would recommend the fridge and Best Buy.

    I like this fridge, it isn't as cool as my previous one, but that was expected based on the reviews. The delivery was my issue. This fridge fell when they were taking it off the truck, and I have little confidence nothing was broken. They installed it anyway and told me I could return it. I would've been better off buying it open box and saving $130.

    The refrigerator was delivered with a broken plastic door shelf, “bottle shelf”. When asking to get replacement piece, the wrong door shelf was sent to me. Then I was told the part would not be available until July. Why sell something and not be able to have available repair parts? Why can’t part be taken out of existing warehouse stock of a refrigerator until part is available? I will be buying another brand in the future and it won’t be from Best Buy either.
