Works good most of the time. Freezes up occasionally and has to be restarted. That’s probably normal though with high usage.

I hoped this tablet would be a "mini laptop." Came with a detachable keyboard and 11.6 in. screen promised a large display. However, the tablet continually had multiple apps that would "stop responding." Gmail, Facebook, system apps, pretty much everything. Tablet would then run very slowly while apps restarted, only to crash again. Keyboard was very slow. Perhaps 5 to 10 characters behind my typing. Other issues surfaced. Very slow to load common sites. When it would come up, scrolling was kludgy, would often freeze. Often, screen went blank and main screen would display. Finally, after a month, I returned it. No problems there! Good customer service, as always. Found a Samsung 7 inch tablet to replace the Insignia. With bluetooth keyboard, I'm satisfied. This is Best Buy's "house brand." It was also quite heavy, the screen was scratched just by closing the keyboard, too. I cannot recommend this product to anyone. I gave it a good while before returning it, so I feel my review is honest and unbiased.

I was looking for an inexpensive computer for you mother. I found it. Nice price and it's a good, portable computer.

This product works amazing. I am so glad I stuck with my gut and decided to purchase it for my daughter. It is just the right speed for her, she’s 10 years old and she loves it. I think I’ll be back to buy some more. It’s a great choice for battery life, for quality, for build, and for speed.. If you don’t want to spend over $200 this is the option for you. Originally bought to use as a sheet music tablet. It barely pulls the weight I need it too. Slow to boot. The app works and I can make it through a show. It only took me about 6 months to upgrade to a more powerful tablet.

I bought this for my kids. I like that they could use a keyboard or touch. They liked it at first, but then complained about how slow it is.

I was looking for a tablet I could watch streaming video on while sitting out back enjoying our Florida spring & summer nights. This works perfect. With the keyboard attachment it stands up perfect on my little table. Not ultra fast, but for the ability to have a wifi streaming device with Android to run any Google Play app on, this is a great value and performs well.

My son absolutely loves this, , pretty durable ( he is 8), but just dont cram to much apps on it. It is a bit laggy bit fpr the price ypu cant beat it

The tablet runs a little slow. The tablets requires logging in portrait mode.

The first one of these I got was adud, but returned to Best Buy and got a replacement, which seems to perform just fine. Good va life for the price.

We bought this tablet to play games and check our emails. It's good, but when you install the security, it slows it down. Could use more memory.
