It works well behind a sofa and then you can pull it out through the bottom or top and use in as an extension cord since it's very long.

The flat plug really does come in handy, as it allowed me to scoot my couch closer to the wall without fear of bending the plug. The power strip works perfect, and has not had any issues so far.

The braided cable is strong and flexible. The flat plug is totally convenient and doesn't get in the way of other plugs.
