The Best Buy Essentials version works just as well and is only 1/3 the price. This cable is also pretty thick and inflexible, so if your entertainment center set-up has tight spaces or difficult angles, this probably isn't the best cable option.

"Premium high speed" is meaningless marketing garbage. People wouldn't see this as premium high speed if they knew it was a 10y.o. spec and 2 have come out since.
