I combined this cord with the Insignia 3-plug outlet extender (black) to run through a Sanus TV wall mount and provide power to the TV and LED light strips. I wanted them in black to blend in with the wall mount. The quality of both Insignia products was very good.

Okay I get it. It is device that we use to connect the devices that we love, but having a good cable sometimes can be just as important as the device itself. If you are looking for a qality picture, sound or just providing the right amount of power to your devices you want a good cable or power cord to connect those devices. Now is not the time to go cheap because you get what you pay for. For example, if you spend several hundred dollars on a good TV that provides a good picture a cheap HDMI cable is not going to cut it. If you want good sound from you optical device again you have to pay for quality. If you want good network connections then again why be cheap LOL! The last example is a good power cord because how many products can be damaged through poor power cables. So in conclusion do what you want but for me a quality cable is important after spending hundreds of dollars on a device.

It’s a 6ft power cord extender. Three prongs on both male and female end. It’s hit or miss with the Televisions cord that is supplied. I needed to extend power about an additional 4 ft to the television and by the time I ran it through the cable management system it tucked away nicely.
