I read all the reviews and bought it based on the fact it was supposed to be fairly quiet and powerful at the same time. I found it to be much louder than my plastic fan and not as powerful... but I tried to like it because it's so well made and looks great. Unfortunately, I couldn't have it in the bedroom while trying to sleep and in the living room, it wasn't providing enough air circulation. I have a small house so the rooms are not large. Disappointed, I returned it and am still searching for a great fan.

Does it overheat, or is it dangerous? I would like to give it a high rating on looks and size, I do not know how much I will run it, if it might not b safe?
