Useful when connecting to the back of the TV where the USB port is and then long enough to be placed on a table where the USB connection is.

Cable is thick and well protected/insulated. Thickness is very similar to high end HDMI cables. Would not hesitate to purchase again.

This is a very thick high quality cable. I would highly recommend this cable to anyone that needs a thick worry free USB 3.0 cable.

The 12 feet long male to female USB extension cable certainly meets my needs, though 12 feet LONG...a 'bit excessive', in MY opinion. And, from what the Best But sales associate told me, there IS no 6 feet long cable made/available...WHICH, depending on the general public's/consumer's needs...would be a better 'fit' lengthwise. As a professional photographer on the road, 'hoteling it'... my plan...use THIS 12' (extension) cable to connect my portable external hard drive's cable ('daisy chaining'), to the hotel's client's "business center" computer USB port, and transfer my digital photos from my camera memory card (w/my USB adapter) to the house computer, to my portable hard drive, thus freeing up more space on said memory card for continued 'shooting' of course. A 12 feet long USB cable, though a great connection, again, was a bit excessive...try marketing a 6 FEET long cable...PLEASE. Thank you for your time.

It's a decent extension cable. Picked up a usb c to a cable and used this as an extender. It works ok just get a 90 degree cable to put on switch.

I am using USB local storage on my Arlo hub and the hub is on the floor under a desk. Didn't want to have to crawl under the table to get to the drive and this cable was the perfect length for that purpose. Good price and has a nice tight fit when plugging in my USB flash drive. The USB port on the Arlo hub is only 2.0 but I figured I'd get a little future proofing at the same time going with a USB 3.0 cable.

This cable allows me to extend my PS4 controller's charger so I can play on my couch. Its built very tough.

I use this USB extension cable with a USB camera and mic. I place the camera on the top of a large monitor. The cord with the camera is only about 3 feet long, so this extension cable allows me to sit at a table away from the monitor and have the camera plugged into my computer. It works great!

I bought an external Blu-ray/dvd reader/writer. It required two USB outlets on my laptop. One for data transfer and one for power. My laptop has three USB outlets: one in the back, one on the left side and one on the right side. The two prong cord supplied with the reader/writer is only about 4 inches in length and would not reach my laptop's two outlets. This extention works great.

A good usb 3.0 extension. Needed it for my oculus since I moved my pc to another room.

I bought this because I plug-in quite often (just about everyday) a thumb drive into a desktop style computer located on the floor underneath a table that is several feet away and very inconvenient to reach. Before I bought this I had to get on the dirty floor and crawl military style to plug-in the USB thumb drive. With this, those crawling days are over!
