I bought this for a mouse hookup on my desktop computer since I moved the tower further away, the mouse cord wasn't long enough. I bought this so I could still use the mouse with the tower being far away. These aren't usually kept in stock at stores so I had to order it. I needed it, so I bought it and it does what it's supposed to do, but too pricey I think.

It was exactly what I needed. The length and the fact that it's 3.0 was really great and the price, of course, were great contributing factors to this purchase.

So grateful to know they exist!! I purchased a new webcam only to bring it home and find it the cord was less than 3 ft!! That meant it could only get view me from a limited angle on the desk. I was looking up no matter where I put it. Now with the extension I can place it where the view is better and easier to control.

Need the extra cable length to install a camera system on my wife's computer because of where the tower is located in respect to the monitor. Cable was used to supplement the length of the cable that came with the camera and worked flawlessly.

My Webcam came with a 8" USB cable on it. Since most desktop computers are further away than that I purchased a 6' extension cable, recommended by an in store associate. It works just great and now the Webcam is truly plug and play. Love it.

I needed this because my wireless keyboard could connect to the hub plugged into my computer, so I plugged the hub into the cord and the cord into my PC. Now my hub is high enough that it connects to my keyboard. Pretty nifty solution.

I trust Insignia accessories almost exclusively if I am buying at a Brick and Mortar location now. This cable is priced fairly and does exactly what it is intended to do. I used this one to extend a Samson G Track Pro Microphone connected on a boom to my PC for my Twitch Stream. Works flawlessly.

Like an extension cord for any device, this extender cable allowed me to add length to my webcam so that I could adjust and move around for the best Zoom angle. The added length does not seem to affect the quality of the picture and transmission at all. Works great.

Tried to install video conferencing camera in an eight year old computer. Of the many cables I had on hand, none worked. Internet answers said get this type of cable, I did, installed same and everything worked as soon as I connected this cable. Magic happens.
