Love the fact that i can very easily go from refrigerator to freezer.

Excellent choic for full frig without freezer unit.

Had for quite a few months with zero complaints. There used to be an app for this unit but was not supported by the time I purchased. I knew this when I bought it, but wasn't important to me. If it is important to you then pick a different freezer.

The freezer is rel nice. The men that installed it, put multiple scratches and dents in two places, they denied it. I wrote on the delivery receipt. And said there wasn't any damage done. I got no list of damage on the product when I purchased it. Still waiting to here back from Best Buy on a comp for this.

Great so far. Shelves make it easy to store meats my type.

I bought this freezer almost 2 months back. O complaints so far but I purchased geek squad insurance jic. I needed a freezer quick to store a bunch of meals b4 my kid was born. Glad with the purchase

My Frigidaire went out on me after 2.5 years. Obviously I was disappointed after loosing 150lbs. of meat! However, this Insignia appears to be great.....so far, but I've only had it for 6 weeks now. I have not connected the wifi yet, so I can't speak for that part. So the wifi & "time will tell" factors are the only reasons I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars.

My wife and I are very pleased with the freezer and really like the app that shows us if the door is left open which has saved us a couple times with our kids who don't always double check that the door is closed.

I’ve only had it for a month so I can’t comment on reliability but this model can be used as a refrigerator or a freezer depending on your needs. Switching from one to the other is simple. Better yet, it is rated To work in either your house or your garage.

Never bought insignia brand before. Seen it in Best Buy all the time. This time I thought I will take the step. Working excellent. Smooth running. Love the WiFi connection as well alarm since we have burned twice with the detached garage freezer went out and spoiled the food.

I use this freezer in the garage as a freezer. I am a one person home plus I feed my dog raw food and there's more than enough room inside for everything we have. It has wheels in the back and feet in the front which makes moving it a challenge. It was a bit difficult to level. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

We’ve had this freezer for maybe a month now, and we haven’t experienced any of the issues that others experienced. Freezer setting hasn’t developed a mind of its own and changed to fridge setting. Our frozen products stay frozen solid.

I have not been able to get the unit to pair with my phone. But, I didn't actually buy it because of that feature. It is a great freezer that is small enough to fit anywhere while doing the job of a "big" unit.

Light, bright, cool looking.We really like the LED lights inside, which makes it easy to find what we’re looking for. Also, the digital readout outfront helps us know what the temperature is inside. We have not used the Wi-Fi connectivity, so no comments on that.

We looked and researched until we were blue in the face. This Freezer is auto defrost, brightly lit and to us most importantly it's Energy Star Certified. This freezer replaced a 30 year old chest freezer that still worked flawlessly.

5 stars if wifi was better. Other than that good freezer.

I absolutely love this new freezer/refrigerator. It was more than I was wanting when I purchased it. But now we (yes we) that would include my wife, love it! The gentleman who delivered it was absolutely great. We love this freezer/refrigerator!
