I like the freezer and like that the door beeps if open. I could not get the WiFi setup but that is due to my internet. We used the freezer as a refrigerator during Thanksgiving

Have had the freezer for 1 months and so far has been really good, no issues at all. Wish the temperature setting was more intuitive to how cold it is when using as a freezer to when convert to a refrigerator.

I did a lot of research before I purchased this freezer. This is a great product and I have had no problems thus far. I would highly recommend this freezer. It has exceeded my expectations.

It keeps food frozen well and I like that it seals when closed. We have kids and this feature along with the alarm helps us make sure the door is closed properly.

The first freezer came damaged the tech told me and he sent it back and arranged another one to be delivered. Again, very fast and efficient... no problems.

We had been looking at freezers for some time and found this one . Since we have had this freezer we have filled it and it keeps our food frozen well

Had to replace a 13 year old freezer with a new one and picked a excellent freezer the controls on the door works great I would recommend this freezer.

This freezer is everything we were expecting and even more. Easy to load and easy to find what you want. It has worked without any flaws.

Love this freezer! It has a lot of shelves plus a large drawer. What's really nice you can use it either in the house or it is garage compatible!

After 20 years our upright freezer went out. We looked at a few others but bought the Insignia and it has been great.

We use this as our extra refrigerator in the garage for anything from beer, water bottles, watermelon, etc. I am very glad I got this!

Does the job and in a space saving fashion. You always know the temp because it shows on the door. Can also be used as a fridge if needed.

After checking reviews and listing best buy, I concluded this is the best freezer that meets my immediate needs. I have liked it the most, no issues at all.

Will never buy a Fridgedaire brand product again, two bad experiences that lost us over $1500 in food. Love the new unit.

Love this freezer! I especially like the alarm that goes off when the door's been open too long. Highly recommend this freezer.

I like the control panel on the outside. Provides great air circulation to all of the shelves and the lights are placed nicely.

Its a good freezer. Cools fast and well lit on the inside. Only complaint i have is the app doesnt work no matter what i do but for the price thats fine with me.

Like the easy setup and is working fine. Very difficult to connect to wifi if that's a factor in your purchase
