Have only had it for a month but so far I’m impressed by how quiet it is compared to my old upright freezer. WiFi setup is fairly easy. Sometimes the app is glitchy though.

What's not to like about this cool box? Control the temp and get alerts through wifi. I can run it as a fridge or freezer. Superb price point to boot.

I love it. Plenty of easy to see and get to space. Nice and quiet. Have only had a short time but so far so good.

I purchased the frost free freezer (September 2018) mainly for the WiFi feature only to be told (October 2019, which is AFTER the 1 year warranty period) that the feature was going away and I'd be provided a $50 gift card for the inconvenience. I think the temperature setting is too cold in some cases and doesn't permit you to adjust it so that it's not as cold, which is a downfall. I noticed (January 2020) some food I'd put in the freezer, only 3 days ago, had ice on it & in its Ziplock bag So, I rearranged food in the freezer and double checked the freezer door to see if it was closing properly and discovered a small space at the top door seal. Thing is, I'd noticed this months ago before the WiFi was being deactivated and didn't think anything of it since the door ajar alert never notified me, so I thought t was a temporary glitch. I wished I'd called back then during the 1 year warranty period. It still looks new so I'm not sure what made it fail. Now, I'm forced to fix it myself. Lesson learned for me I will set a calendar alert for me to inspect all warranty items before they expire and most importantly I'll call in any concerns while the warranty is in effect no matter how small or trivial I think it may be.

Pros - Great size for the money. Wifi setup was a breeze. Quiet. Just a good solid purchase! Cons - None yet!

did not need a large freezer so went with this size . holds enough for our family. works as it should and so much easier to find things than the chest type

Bought this product to use exclusively as a refrigerator in our garage, mostly as a place to store extra beverages. Another great attribute of using this exclusively as a fridge is the amount of shelf space! Great price for what we needed. And..love that if needed, it could be changed to freezer use. Delivery guys were great and it was set up easily with no issues.

We were a bit anxious with the make "Insignia" as we were not familiar with this brand. Now knowing that it is Best Buy’s own brand and has there full support, we are more comfortable. It is great to have the temperature on the screen on the door and the led light inside is a good feature. Lots of storage and like have the basket at the bottom. Have not been able to get the WiFi alert to function but are very happy with the freezer.
