This refrigerator/freezer combo is fantastic. Held the temperature correctly and was quiet running.

Flawless operation. Keeps preset temp +/_ 2 degrees. Very quiet. And only 2 amp power draw. Love it.

I am completely in love with my Upright Deep Freezer. Having two young children the ability to lock all buttons is a very high attraction to me! I have not switched it over to Fridge from Freezer, but it does have that ability. I usually have it on -02° to -04° with no issue. So much room and I love that the door also has room for storage. Best household investment I've ever made!

I bought my Insignia at Labor day sale.Very nice freezer.It runs so quiet, you have to make sure it is actually running.Very tight door seal.Takes a force to open it ,but that is a good thing.Perfect for a small laundry room as I have.I replaced a 30 year old freezer that was still running but felt it was in its last days..So nice to never defrost again and have a light inside.The price is right too

You know at first I thought, wait a minute, 14 ft.³ that sounds like it might be a bit small but such a great deal so I bought it! Now that I have and I’ve loaded up with my food is fantastic. Perfect size not too big not too small. I’ve had it now for almost 3 weeks not one sign of rust inside this evening. Coming from a non-frost free chest freezer testing is a beauty! Highly recommend it!

This unit is unique appliance. Ample size and convertabilty makes it very versatile.

This was a replacement freezer. It is a nice size for extra freezer space. It has lots of shelf space, a slide out drawer on the bottom and shelves in the door. It of course is also lighted. As an added feature, it can be used as a refrigerator too, if someone wants that. Overall, a great purchase at a great price. This was also quite a bit less expensive online versus in store.

We recently purchased this this new frost free freezer to replace our non-frost free freezer we have owned for the last 30+ years. It's going to be nice to have a freezer I will not have to unplug and haul outside so the ice inside can melt. I like the fact that it can be a freezer or refrigerator but we will most likely use it as a freezer for the majority of the time we own it.

Just love my new freezer!! It has great space and keeps the perfect temperature all the time.

I read a lot of freezer reviews before buying this 13.8 freezer. I am very happy with this purchase. The freezer is quiet and has enough space to meet our needs. I have it in the garage, but could easily keep it in the house if needed. I have not connected the Wi-Fi because I have not found the need yet. Delivery was fast and set was great by Best Buy. I would highly recommend this freezer.

Had freezer for about a month. Located in garage. Seems to be working well. The mobile app seems to be working fine, it tells me the internal temp, although I haven't check with a separate thermometer to see if it is accurate. Really like the easy to use controls on the door so that I don't have to open the door to change the temp. Door open and temp out of range alarms are a bonus.

So far the freezer is working great. Really keeps things cold in our garage. Old freezer had trouble in heat waves like we're having now (95+ degree days). Wifi was hard to hook up and it drops connection at times. Didn't buy it for that but it would be nicer if the hookup was easier and it held the connection.

I absolutely LOVE this freezer. It is the perfect size for our family of five. I like to stock up on items when they are on sale and now I have a freezer to put them in! I have yet to use it as a refrigerator but I think because it's not a huge item that it could easily be swapped over to a refrigerator if you have a party coming up and need more room. I love that there is a light outside letting me know all is well and every time I open the door it digs to let me know. I have three kids and have caught them in there looking for ice cream a few times.....lol. If you are not looking for a freezer to keep a side of beef or any large amounts like that, this one is definitely a contender!!

We were looking for a replacement for our old failing freezer. The Insignia upright was the perfect size for our limited space and needs. We love the exterior digital controls on the door. We have not however been able to connect the WiFi to our phone app to monitor the settings when away from home. Hoping to fix that soon.

We love our new refrig. It is frost free. No clean up. Lg. storage.

This works great. Came down to temp quickly. Good price
