I did a lot of research before I decided on this freezer. This had all the features that I was looking for, (frostfree, appropriate size) and since it was on sale, the price was by far the best anywhere. Best Buy delivered and set it up in two days, and this was just before Christmas.

got tired of small chest freezer trying to find things and remembering what was buried in there. takes twice the footage to get same storage.. love it as u can find all the stuff u have. went from 6 ft chest to this 13.8 upright

When I purchased this item I didn't realize it had fridge or freezer settings. I love it. It's the perfect size for our bar and we have used it as a fridge only. The temp display on the outside is fantastic. The app leaves some things to be desired, but this has been a great buy so far!

We are very pleased with this purchase. So far it's working good and love the fact that it's wifi and lets us know if there's a problem with it. It appears to have more room then the former one we had but it's the same cubic feet.

I placed this freezer in our garage and so far it has been working great. Very happy with the control panel and ease of operation. Have not used the refrigerator mode yet, however, I feel that is a great option and one of the reasons we purchased this model.

We bought this as a 2nd frig for our basement as we frequently need more frig space, yet are not ready to replace our primary kitchen frig. Since we have a 2nd freezer in the basement that was a gift from many years ago, we were looking for an affordable, reliable 2nd frig. The price is reasonable, it is plenty big for our needs as a 2nd frig and the delivery experience was exceptional. The only reasons we would rate it 4 stars, not 5: the temp is variable even when set to the lowest setting of 35 degrees - varies between 36-39, mosty at 38/39. Unclear on reliability as materials are less than topshelf, e.g. door can stick and entire frig moves without holding the unit with one hand while opening door with other hand. Having just purchased the unit, we need some time to determine reliability. So far so good.

this was such a quick easy deal. good price and good size. so simple with best buy. took only 3 days and it was in my garage and hooked up. had a scratch on the side and best buy took care of things immediately with no problem. this is one of the reasons i love best buy. im a best buy fan for life. thank you very much.

Freezer is quiet, efficient and does great. It has interesting options as it can be turned into a refrigerator as well. It has wireless operation. We are very happy we purchased this freezer from Best Buy.

Love the fact you can change it anytime you want and is great to put any where you need it to be. Has worked well so far.

I really like it and it works great. Love the versatile options. Too many vents to worry about keeping clear. My only real disappointment was the discontinuation of the online app connected to the freezer. When traveling that was a super cool feature to have. Love the freezer.

We needed more freezer space to supplement our fridge. After looking at the various models, CR reviews, and reviews on Best Buy’s website, we decided to try their house brand. So far (~4mo), it has worked reliably, quietly, and well.

Love almost everything about this freezer. The freezer is really great in all aspects but only thing is the door is hard to open each time you try to pull it open you pull entire freezer.

We bought this to store all of my bbq pulled pork and beef briskets I like to make (way too much for a family of two). Works very well, keeps temperature, and it can be converted to a fridge if needed.

I was skeptical about purchasing this but after having it now for several months I am very pleased with the purchase. I keep this in the basement as a supplement freezer and it does a great job

Great freezer so far. Bought it at the store and had it delivered. Everything went nice and smooth. The 2 delivery guys were professional and on time. The freezer works great plenty of room compared to the chest freezer I had.

It's a great spare freezer that seals well. I used to have one that sometimes wouldn't close all the way. This thing has such a great seal that sometimes it's hard to open! but I'm ok with that. Great space, works well!

I replaced a chest type freezer with this stand up and gotta say, I love this freezer. I am having a difficult time getting it to connect to WiFi/the app but that’s not why I bought the freezer so that doesn’t really matter to me.

This Insignia convertable Refrigerator/Freezer is a great value and a bonus due to the fact that you can change from freezer to refrigerator or vice versa whenever the need arises simply by adjusting the temperature.

Love the ability to decide to have it as a fridge or a freezer and the lock button makes it so you don’t accidentally switch it. You can hear it seal as you close the unit. We haven’t had any issues with it.

After getting benefit of sale on this freezer it was not that much more expensive than other models of this size. Is frost free and once you install the Insignia connect application oh, you can check the temperature on your phone and it will let you know if the door is open. The only complaint I have at this point is that the temperature does not stabilize and varies from where you set it by several degrees. Currently mine is set at 0 degrees and my application says the temperature is -8 degrees and rising to 0*. It has not changed from freezer to refrigerator mode on its own as some of the reviews have stated. Send manual does not mention Wi-Fi connectivity so I learned how to set it up through other reviews of the product. So far I am keeping it but if the temperature starts to very in an upward direction and I lose food I will return it. I have owned it for one month.
