We needed a more efficient freezer. Our old one is 25 years old. This one takes up less space. Only gripe is we had to go on line to find a complete operating manual. Only provided a quick startup guide.

It’s better that it’s standing. I had a vertical deep freezer. And bending constantly was awful. This freezer you can see all your food it has organizers for the space too. Great buy!

It’s a great freezer and refrigerator. I love it work like refrigerator or freezer so convenient for small house or cabin. You can regulate the temperature, a lot interior space. Beep when you left the door open.

This freezer fits perfectly in the spot in my garage. I like that it can be conferred into a refrigerator if needed. I'm not very good with electronics so was not able to connect the insignia connect to my phone.

Wifi application is useless, also rated poor at the app store by other customers. A recent update of the App has made it even more troublesome. I deleted the App from my smartphone and now just adjust the Freezer manually. Unit get's rated a 3 from me because of how long this Freezer model has been selling and to still have a problem with the Wifi app is ridiculous to say the least. " Let's get with it Insignia ! "

I really value the feature that this freezer will convert to a regular refrigerator. This is handy for preparing and storing large meals for large gatherings such as Thanksgiving and Christmas.

We have this in our garage and use it as a second refrigerator. We have not switched it to freezer mode yet, however I love that we have the ability to do that! Definitely worth the money!

Seems like the main fridge never has enough freezer storage so a second one is nice to have esp when the grocery stores have good sales on items. This one (and an insignia fridge) replace a 30+ yr old side by side Hotpoint which was wheezing on it's last legs. It was a good second appliance but seemed to be running a lot. We're hoping these 2 new replacement appliances are more efficient and cut the electric bill, but we don't expect them to last even half as long as the old Hotpoint. The freezer is a good size, seems to freeze items quickly and hold the temperature well. So much better than a top-opening freezer where you have to bend over and dig down to the bottom to find stuff. We'll see how well these appliances do over time.

We bought this freezer as an extra to store our leftovers. Works great. Easier to dig through items stacked on the shelves than constantly leaning over the horizontal kind.

Large capacity freezer with bright LED lighting helps you find things easily, even in a dark basement. The locking feature on the door is helpful. I hope this unit lasts many years. It's took new to tell reliability yet.

We bought this fridge to keep in the garage. Has the feature to become freezer also. Has worked very well and keeps the temperature as set by the digital control on the front of the door.

This is an efficient small upright freezer. It has WiFi built in to allow the user to check or change the temperature, but this feature has not been overly useful. There is ample space for your frozen goods.

I am very pleased with my new freezer. My old one was a manuel defrost, this one is frostless. I wasn't sure about the size, but it worked out great for me.
