Works well; great reminder alarm when the door is ajar. Maintains temperature. Only issue is the freezer needs tilting back to make sure the door closes with ease.

Lots of storage and many nice features, including open-door alarm and interior light. Adjustable racks and drawers are very useful.

Bought this freezer when my older one quit. I needed a small one to fit my space and this worked great. Haven't tried the refrigerator part yet as I needed a freezer.

I needed a freezer to store extra frames of honey, and the apple pies I made from my apple tree. This freezer fit perfectly in my basement, uses little electricity, and is perfect for my needs. Delivery was great, as the freezer just fit down my basement steps. Thanks delivery guys.

Needed to buy a second freezer to put half of a steer in it and am very pleased. I was able to put 700+ pounds of meat in it. Worth the money.

We like the size of the freezer and also it is very quiet when it is running. We had an old Kenmore that made a lot of noise,

we are a family with 3 boys. it is a perfect freezér for home now we are free to shop and cook and freeze them for couple of time.

I got it at a great price and I only used it as a freezer since I bought it. But I am sure that it is a great fridge too. The freezer is working perfectly and even have a quick freeze component. I never used the wi-fi to adjust or convert the temperature as it was related from other buyers that there was a problem when using it. I adjust it manually and never encountered the problem mentioned by other users. Great buy. Great price too!

This freezer works as advertised. It has a quick freeze feature. Good space design. Note that the door can only swing one direction. You cannot switch the swing by moving the hinges and handle to the other side of the door, like on other freezer models.

So far this product has been great. Perfect size and big improvement from older chest freezer. Can not attest to reliability at this time as we are only two months in.

At first glance this is a great product for the money. Gets to temperature fast. The first one was delivered and set up but after a couple hours of tech support was unable to connect to the internet to be monitored from the Insignia App so Best Buy came quickly and replaced it with a new unit. Again, went to temperature fast and this one was able to connect to the internet and I was able to manually monitor it from my cell phone with the app. Missing from the app is the ability to have alerts sent when the temperature varies by an amount of degrees that would cause concern, or in the case of this unit if it were to switch from freezer to refrigerator mode. This is the problem I am now experiencing, it arbitrarily switched from freezer to refrigerator a couple times. The first two times I happened to notice the change on the display (its located in my garage so out of sight mostly) before the food defrosted and the temperature reached 40 degrees. The most recent time it must have switched itself a couple days before I noticed it had disconnected itself from the internet and I had to go to the garage to check. I had 6 bags of ice that had melted, 5 corn beefs, 2 racks of ribs, 4 pork loin roasts, pork chops and 10 lbs of Nueske's bacon ($11/lb), thawed and sitting in a refrigerator, not freezer. It had switched on it's own. I would not recommend any combination refrigerator/freezers, it can be an expensive lesson to find out there's a malfunction.

Amazing as a back up fridge when throwing and big party. Love that I have the ability to switch to a deep freezer when I need to.

This is the best freezer experience I've had. We keep an extra freezer in our garage (BIG family), and this is the third one we've owned. I have zero complaints about this machine. The fact that it's an upright instead of a chest freezer is just icing on the cake. No more climbing on a step stool (I'm short) to reach that stuff in the bottom. That's a big benefit in itself. Freezes quickly, and it's very efficient. Definitely recommend.
