I no longer have to struggle with defrosting my chest freezer. Two men broght it to my housr. installed it, and answered all my qustions. My experience was fabulous!

I can say that I am very happy with my purchase knowing that I can use it as a refrigerator and freezer is most definitely a win-win situation!

I am a bit bias because my old freezer was a relic from the early 1990s. So this is a MAJOR step up. Runs quite, and the keypad and display on the front is a lot better than what i use to have.

I thought it was a fluke the first time, but it happened again. No warning. Power still on. But I go to bed with it working and check in the morning and my food is thawing. It is supposed to have a temperature alarm, but that did not do anything. When it does work, it works well. But I cannot rely on it, so I would not recommend.
